Added support for encrypted PDF and JPEG2000 images in PDF decoder
and encoder. Work with PDF file attachments supported. New color
spaces CalGray, CalRGB, Lab, DeviceN allowed. Type4 function and
color blending, decoding of 2-bit and JPEG CMYK images in PDF
supported.
