strongiQuestion by Dodgesoni My friend eats a healthy diet, but
says she only eats about 20 gramms of fat per day. Is this
dangerousstrongShe eats three meals that are highly nutritious in
all other respects, but I worry that her fat intake is
inadequate. She has always been slim, but not anorexically boney or
unhealthylooking. She says that she has a medical condition that
makes her body hold fat easily. She does not look ill and she is
not weak or tired because of it. Unless she is lying about the
diet, I cant understand how she isnt weak or ill. What could happen
to her if she doesnt change her diet Degenerative conditions scary.
Maybe I can scare some common sense into her. strongBest

Body frames vary and its difficult for any simple measurement to
work out a persons frame . Its more accurate to recommend a weight
range, rather than a specific weight for a given height. To
calculate your BMI select your correct height and weight and
calculate the figure as below.BMI will vary slightly according to
gender. If youd like to calculate your BMI , follow these three
steps. 1. Work out your height in metres and multiply the figure by
itself. 2. Measure your weight in kilograms 3. Divide the weight by
the height squared . For example, you might be 1.6m 5ft 3in tall
and weigh 65kg 10st 3lb. The calculation would then be1.6 x 1.6
2.56. BMI would be 65 divided by 2.56 25.39.
