In 1903, he founded his chocolate company, and in 1907 he created a small, delicious, individually-wrapped chocolate, which he named the Kiss. And the rest, as they say, is history!

The Kiss was hugely successful, and has been in continuous production ever since. Now, I don't know when they came up with the idea of producing new "varieties" of Kisses, but I must admit to having been against it - how can you improve on perfection, right? Well, I am now a committed believer!

The cherry cordial Kiss is absolutely delicious! It tastes like a mini-chocolate covered cherry, but with no annoying cherry-skin. If you like good chocolate, then you will love this Kiss. Heck, if you want to be the hero of a party, just bring along a bag of these great little treats. I give them my highest recommendations!

(More customer reviews)If you love chocolate, you will LOVE General Foods International Coffee's Suisse Mocha Coffee.This instant coffee is best enjoyed in hot milk, not water, that has been microwaved for 1 minute 30 seconds and with the top film gently removed with a spoon.once this is done, three or four heaping spoonfuls of this instant chocolate coffee will put any chocolate lover--or just chocolate craver--into paradise.

As a coffee, it does not taste as much like coffee as a great hot chocolate--yet slightly different from hot chocolate.It is still a coffee with a distinguishable taste different from a pure hot cocoa.Coffee lovers will be pleased to notice that after consuming one or two cups in the morning, drinkers will still have the same coffee rush in the morning as those drinking a traditional columbian roast.No doubt about it:this is a caffeinated beverage with all the pros and cons of any coffee.Yet it is also a smooth and rich mocha coffee with non of the bitterness of regular coffees and with ample sweetness to please most who usually don't like most coffees.Having a particularly sweet tooth, I add sugar to my cup of Suisse Mocha--this is entirely to taste.Many might find adding sugar to this already sweet coffee (a milk base over water will add to the sweetness) perhaps a little too sweet.

This unit is sold in six can bundles which lasts about 2-6 months for a single individual, depending on whether or not you switch off this flavor with another coffee brand or flavor of General Foods International coffee.I like to switch off between flavors according to my mood.I am not a chocoholic remotely and prefer the carmel, cafe francais, and french vanilla at times over the suisse mocha.If you are not a chocolate lover, I highly suggest buying multiple flavors in this method and then rotating the cans (I usually have two cans open at one time).

I also want to add this money saving tip for travel:bring a can of your favorite GF International coffee when traveling to save big bucks at the airport.It is easy to pack some non-dairy creamer, sugar, and a can of this for your carry on.After you pass security, many restaurants and kiosks will give you a cup of hot water for little or no cost at all.In essence, you get a free cup of coffee for the minimal space of the can and sugar/creamer (and something small to stir with) instead of paying $4-6 at the airport for their brand of coffee.This is a great coffee for the airport.

What we received was 14 individual squares of chocolate, 1 large Candy Bar, and 1 bag of chocolate.I paid for next day air shipping on Friday before noon and did not receive until Tuesday.I spent $60 and could've whipped this together at WalMart for $15-$20 in 15 minutes and saved $40-$45.Screw me once, shame on you....Don't worry about twice, it's not gonna happen....BTW, I am an Amazon Prime Member and have been using Amazon for at least 4 years....THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!!!!!!

I imagined it would be a cheap jam and that i would eat the cheesecake alone. But,yess..I was wrong. The strawberry and the creamy filling of the pie and the graham cracker crust mix together pretty well. The taste of everything combined is very good. When you first see the packet of strawberry you think to yourself..this is way to much for a small pie. It seems like a lot at first but the taste of the strawberries isn't too sweet. So the strawberry will no overpower the taste of everything else. I really reccomend this product. My neighbor tried some and raved over it. Same with my mom and girlfriend..Haha. It also makes a good vegaterian dessert. Since it does NOT included or require eggs. How great is that? It's perfect for your vegaterian friends on their birthdays or special occasions.

My wife and I love Oreos.Every once in a while she picks up a bag at the store and we eat some with milk.

The problem is that we feel compelled to finish off the bag before they get stale.Since all the kids are gone that's tough.It's not really good for us and after 3 or 4 nights it gets kind of old.

Recently she got a 12 pack assortment of cookies which contained Oreos, Nutter Butters, etc.I wondered if there was a way to just buy a whole bunch of "snack packs" for Oreos and sure enough Amazon has them.

Now we can have that 6 cookie "fix" without having to remember to pick them up at the store or worry about them going stale if we don't finish them off.

Cocoa Powder Review

(More customer reviews)I had been eating Valrhona chocolate for years when I first ordered their cocoa powder. I of course had very high expectations. I love it; I have gotten my best friend "addicted" to it.
It is somewhat unexpected. When I first received it it smelled of green wood. Even hot cocoa smelled of green wood, and I was puzzled. I found out that I needed to adjust my recipe for hot cocoa a bit: I used to drink it with no sugar, no vanilla, whole milk. Valrhona is so powerful and rich that even I like to have the tip of a tea spoon of sugar in it. Adding a vanilla bean is great. Great with half&half. It is not overpowered by orange extract or almond extract.
Great for chocolate cookies too.
This cocoa is "dutch" processed, which means that it's acidity is lowered during process of obtaining the cocoa powder from the beans. This is general advice: when you read a recipe you have to make sure whether it calls for "regular" or "dutch" processed cocoa powder, otherwise it might not work.
Of course this cocoa is for pastry of the highest quality (...)also sold by Amazon in which you can find the most amazing recipes, but I use it to make excellent what I do everyday.

I am not implying any such thing! But I do not. I just love this tea. I have found that one tea bag makes one 8 oz. cup of tea. The first thing I notice when I sip CS Vanilla Hazelnut is a nutty flavor I have never experienced with any other. I am not a big tea drinker to begin with, coffee being my drink of choice, but I have at least one cup of Vanilla Hazelnut every evening after dinner and I could not care less if I have dessert to go with it, that's how satisfying I find it to be.

Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder - Unsweetened (6 ounce) Review

(More customer reviews)I've tried several cocoa powders, including Ghirardelli, Droste, Hershey's, and those you have to grate yourself like Luker, etc.

But since I found this at Williams Sonoma, I'm hooked. This makes fabulous hot cocoa. For the last week, I've had a cup EVERY NIGHT (I follow the directions, mixing the cocoa in the cup, so many TBSP per 8 oz, etc). And it's just absolutely wonderful. Doesn't have the bitterness some have. Beautiful aroma and flavor. I need to get like a dozen cannisters of this. :)

On the plus side, no alkalis. So, you get the heart healthy benefits. (If you're using the Dutch Process or alkalinized cocoas, your cocoa just isn't gonna do it health-wise for you, sorry.)

Also on the plus side, no sugar. You sweeten this yourself. So, for the natural crowd who like stevia, go for it. For those like me who use Splenda, it tastes great with it. Or, if you like old-fashioned sucrose, knock yourself out. The benefit is you sweeten it to YOUR taste and not the manufacturer's (which I always find make hot chocolate mixes too, too, too sweet.)

I wish amazon as a seller stocked this. iGourmet has outrageous--no, really, totally outrageous--shipping prices. It's like 12 bucks for a small cannister of cocoa that doesn't weigh that much. The price of the cocoa is in keeping, I think, with the quality. But the shipping is, as another reviewer stated, a rip-off. I won't buy from this seller as long as the shipping is this inflated. Another amazon seller has shipping at 8 bucks. Still high, I think, but more reasonable.

So, if you can find it locally or amazon ever decides to stock it and send it with super saver or PRIME, get it that way. Or find someone who doesn't gouge with shipping.

Recommended product. Not recommended seller.
