This is a 2 piece universal mesh grille kit. The steel mesh is chrome 'like' because it is not true chrome but the shinny finish resembles it. These sheets measures 6 inches by 36 inches. This kit comes with everything you need to create your own new stylish for the front of your Hummer. It comes with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions to install this grille. With this kit there is no need to drill or cut anything on your car. You just easily trim the provided sheet of mesh to match your grille. Once trimmed the installation process should take about 30+ minutes. Note: This is not to replace your factory grille, it is simply an insert to change the current look of your car because this grille is simply an overlay. Therefore if you do not have the same front end as the picture this will not work. The mesh grille insert will attach straight on top of your factory grille using the provided wiring harness. The mesh has a diamond style pattern. This is very popular in the automotive scene. The mesh will not restrict airflow into your engine. The diamond mesh pattern has opens of 1/4" by 3/8". (More customer reviews)I have a 1995 Ford Windstar 3.8 liter 6 cyl with 183,200 miles. Everyone knows this is one of Ford's weakest engines and has had numerous documented problems with blown head gaskets in the past. In fact Ford extended the original warranty on the engine to cover this particular problem. During this last hard winter of 2008-09, the heater suddenly began blowing cold air and the vehicle began overheating a great deal. My local mechanic and I flushed the coolant, replaced the thermostat and checked the cooling fans for correct operation and we found no problems, but the symptoms kept occuring. We decided it was another blown head gasket (repaired at under 100,000 by Ford) and rather than pay the $900 to repair it again, we decided my car would be the "guinea pig" for K-Seal, which he had never tried before. We followed the directions on the bottle by removing some anti-freeze from the system, shaking and pouring the K-seal into the radiator and refilling the anti-freeze to the proper level. My Mechanic recommended that I take at least a 20-30 mile trip to make sure that the engine reached a high enough temperature to make the sealant work. I drove out of our small town just as the temp gauge was beginning to rise and within 1 mile, the temperature gauge dropped and didn't move more than 1/8 inch during the rest of the 44 mile round trip. The heater blew the warmest air it had all winter and the vehicle performed as would normally be expected. I have since put on an additional 200 miles (total 244) without any overheating or cold air blowing problems although the temp gauge did raise slightly one day when I left the van idling for about 10 minutes, but no higher than 1/2 the gauge and well within acceptable limits (probably the temp did not get high enough for the cooling fans to engage). I am very pleased with the initial results for a $19.95 bottle of sealant and I will report back at 500 and/or 1000 miles.

(More customer reviews)Don't bother looking at this product because it just doesn't work, in reality it made my suv slower than faster. Now I have made alot of upgrades to my suv like a gibson catback exhaust, weapon r cold air intake, a stage 2 performance chip, aem dryflow cone air filter. When the supercharger was installed I didn't notice any horsepower increase or torque, once I removed the so called supercharger put my foot on the gas pedal VA VOOM away I went. Another reason why I removed it because I was getting no power I research the some sites on the web and 99.9% were all negatives no positives. I had originallythought it was the performance chip, I first had a stage 1 mod then right when I had gotten the supercharger I upgraded to a stage 2 mod and I saw no difference until like I said earlier I removed the supercharger and WOW it really moves now. BEWARE remember do yourself a favor don't learn the hard way like I did, or you'll be out a few bucks while the seller is laughing with your money.

(More customer reviews)I got this awhile back ago, and it was very simple to put on and didn't cost a lot.My car got on the dyno before and after installing the Skunk2 intake manifold, and also the 66mm throttle body too.After three runs, I saw good results.The horsepower only got about 12whp or so on average (about what is advertised), and surprisingly got somewhere in the mid-30's lb-torque.Granted, the car is boosted, so these increases are typically greater than the naturally aspirated.

I am very satisfied with the results, and would recommend this to anyone.I do notice the increased power and hope to see bigger increase after a professional tune.This product is considered to be not street legal, but I doubt any law enforcers will go to check to and see.

(More customer reviews)I've ordered 3 carburetors during the past 1 years and the first two were Edelbrock's Thunder Series 500 & 650 CFMs w/Endurashine.Both were beautiful and worked to perfection.When I changed my heads & cam, I decided to order the Edlebrock 750 CFM, 1407 and save a few dollars (versus the Thunder/Endurashine).Well that turned out to be a major mistake.The carburetor arrived and I immediately noticed the plastic cover bag did not appear new and the carb base plate had nicks/scratches. Also, it was missing the base gasket. I used my old gasket and thought the nicks/scratches would not affect the performance of the carburetor, so I installed it.The car was running rich (it was fine with the Thunder 650 CFM) so I started to fine tune the carb, and that's when I noticed the right air/fuel mixture screw was loose--should not be; the spring & close tolerance of the screw should keep the screw snug throughout all adjustments.I should have checked these screws before installing the carb...it was totally unexpected.When turning the screw to within 1 turn of the stop, the screw was snug, but the carb was out of tune.Turning the screw to an optimal setting (RPM/Idle), and the screw was loose.It's all about quality and I'm very disappointed with Edelbrock's quality control and Amazon.com's quality control WRT inspecting their packages.

The filters are easy to replace by simply twisting the front intake grill about a quarter inch.The unit hangs on the back of a front seat with a strap and is out of the way.Unlike dashboard models, no screws or velcro are required to keep it from moving around, and it will not be flying around loose in a hard braking incident or in an accident.
