It is not well suited to a PCB, since most of the components are pretty large. Why not just bolt everything to an aluminum chassis and wire it up?

As Bill said, the design is flawed. If you want a regulated DC power supply, the thing to do is to use a regulator chip rather than a parallel zener diode.

And you have chemicals like DDT, which can kills misquetos

But the anti chemical nuts, had it banned from export and manufactire.

So now instead of having a thousands people effected by DDT in Africa, you have several million dying from maleria each and every year.

But oh, it made them feel so good, to get DDT banned.
