
We usually get scared by monsters or wild animals that can spill our blood. But what about the parasites that are too small to be seen yet fierce enough to suck human blood? These reddish-brown oval parasites are called Cimex lectularius and we generally call them bedbugs because of their concentration in the cracks of beds. Bedbugs are nocturnal and are usually 4-5 mm long which allows them to hide in holes and cracks. Beds, furniture items, clothes and even paper can be their possible habitat.
