Is this blackberry curve a good deal from ebay?

I've been wanting a blackberry curve for a long time but I'm not due for an upgrade for a long time.So I looked on ebay and it is for 220 dollars, the retail price is 560! Could it be too good to be true? The approval rating said 99 % with a lot of reviews...but I don't know, would you get it?
