(More customer reviews)Part of me is torn over giving this listing 5 stars, because I absolutely adore Obitsu dolls, but I'm deeply insulted by a company that would sell a 20 dollar doll for 50 dollars, listing it as an art mannequin and saying you have to buy the heads and bodies separately, so this is a good deal.They're lying.

It's true that sometimes you have to buy the heads and bodies separately, but even with shipping, you would never have to pay almost 50 dollars for both pieces combined.Any store that sells you the bodies headless will also offer a selection of heads for you to choose from, and the heads themselves are only around 5 dollars.So this doll shouldn't be more then 30 dollars before shipping.

Also, these dolls aren't artist mannequins.It's true that you can use them for that, but they're meant to be customized, painted, and have their hair rooted so that the owner can have a doll that is an extension of their imagination.Yes, they are something that can be used as a creative outlet, but in a different way then they're advertising them for.Don't limit yourself to just thinking of these as a drawing model.

This company is ripping you off and insulting you by charging you this much.They should be as ashamed as I am disgusted.Find an Obitsu from another seller who won't take you for all you're worth and be glad you got past this scam.

If you want a non-amazon resource for purchasing these dolls at the price they really are, try[...] it's not Amazon, but it's perfectly safe, and lists versions of the Obitsu dolls that aren't sold on Amazon.

(More customer reviews)Ordered these for my mother who had recently purchased a Brother CS6000I sewing machine, with uses the larger (11.5mm, 7/16th-inch) bobbins.Although (at least at the time of purchase) this product appeared when you searched for the correct Brother part number AND the CS6000I appeared as a buying suggestion on this item's product page, it is important to note that these bobbins are of the smaller type, therefore NOT compatible with the Brother CS6000I.Since "customers who bought this product also bought" the CS6000I, it looks as if it might be a common mistake.

The product itself seems to be of good quality if you need the smaller bobbins, but the important compatibility information that is present on the back of the packaging is missing on the product page.

This thimble fits any finger (or thumb) and is very flexible, almost like having no thimble at all - except that you don't get sore fingers. I try to keep a stash on hand, as they seem to go wherever socks go after a while (although I've never put a thimble in the dryer.) Absolutely the best!

I have since ran lots of stuff through it (stuff I didn't intend to eat) trying to grind off all the paint, but still I see paint flakes. The grinder is prominently stamped "MADE IN CHINA" and if you've heard about Chinese-made dog food, toys, even baby food, you know what kind of crap could be in those paint flakes.

This is a dangerous product and should not be used for any kind of food, not even dog food. I am going to report it to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
