flexible.Bad backs are usually the result of weak muscles that
support the spine.The lower back supports the weight of the body
above the waist, and the lumbar curve is constantly under a lot of
strain. Its the price humans pay for walking upright.If the back is
strained at an odd angle, the intervertebral discs cant take it and
the disc slips or pops out of alignment. Lumbar discs are the ones
most easily slipped or herniated, especially the lowest lumbar disc
