strongiQuestion by peachi Those OMG you lost SOOOOO much weight comments. Urgh.strongOk, so yes, I obviously lost weight. I went from 190 to 140. I am 55. Now I get these comments like esp. on my myspace and facebook...instead of just complimenting me people continuously focus on my weight OMG, you look soooooo different now that you lost ALL THAT WEIGHT!....Wow, how did you lose SOOOO much weight. You are so thin now!!!.... Typically I realize that these comments arent meant to be snide for the mostpart from people who are your friends and family. However, it sort of bothers me. Cant you just say lookin great...or nothing at allI dont like comments like that..nor do I like them on my pics and wall on myspace and facebook. Ok, so Im a bit sensitive..but I lost weight to be a normal weight because I didnt want weight to control my life...and now all people can do is focus on it. Im tempted to write something on my pages and say If you post a comment about my weight, I will delete it..or deny it..but in my eyes..Im just giving more light to the very thing that I dont want controlling my life.WHat have you done in this situation What would you suggest I know people are trying to be nice...but there has to be some way around this. Im sorry..but I cant accept that. I knew so many people that lost over 100 pounds and I never blasted their weight like that. I told them they look AWESOME!..and in private..I asked them if they could give me some tips to staying in shape since they were in shape. Ya know I dunno..maybe Im more sensitive to peoples feelings...Ive been that way..but any suggestions Like, if people keep saying that you might as well just blurt out You were such a whale, and now youre not...YAY!...seriously...why dont you just call me Fatty McFatty thenWhen a thin person gains weight...why dont people say..WOW you gained a TON of weight! Please star this question! If you dont want to answer or read..thats fine..but Im not going to sit here and watch you get 2 points for leaving a rude comment..so I will give you a thumbs down and report you. Sorry! Thats what would happen if I did that to someone else.Jade I have reported you this is a question. Its going to suck, because when they delete your answer, you are penalized TEN points. Was it really worth the two points sweets I think not! Oh well. not my prob anymore..Ive reported you. ENJOY! Dlol amy...it wasnt mestrongBest answerstrongpiAnswer by jewlzibrwell damn i am not reading all of thatpstrongKnow better Leave your own answer in the comments!strong

Weight Loss Programs: BMI essentials in a nutshell

Body frames vary and its difficult for any simple measurement to work out a persons frame . Its more accurate to recommend a weight range, rather than a specific weight for a given height. To calculate your BMI select your correct height and weight and calculate the figure as below.BMI will vary slightly according to gender. If youd like to calculate your BMI , follow these three steps. 1. Work out your height in metres and multiply the figure by itself. 2. Measure your weight in kilograms 3. Divide the weight by the height squared . For example, you might be 1.6m 5ft 3in tall and weigh 65kg 10st 3lb. The calculation would then be1.6 x 1.6 2.56. BMI would be 65 divided by 2.56 25.39.
