pMy doctor said ppl cant get chronic bronchitis from second hand smoke...but the website says you can!The doc said I have asthma, but my quotasthmaquot resembles my gpas chronic bronchitis. Other than him, Ive never seen anyone quotthisquot sick. And gma says Im actually sicker than gpa ever was. I did make an appointment with a NEW clinic which is a sattelite of the medical hospital 100 miles from here. So, my question is...what is the difference between asthma symptoms and chronic bronchitis symptomsI have a VERY productive cough that acts up on my 45 times a day. I can get over 8 oz of phlem in one cough. Not one spell... one cough. I have always had bronchitis every year since 1982....and then it became twice a year...now its beyond constant!What does it sound like to youI do not have any wheezing that you can hear without a sthescope, but I feel mucus in my right lung often. That right lung quotcollapsedquot in December 2007 with atelectasis. spI also cannot go outside or smell cooking food without getting sick.p
