Most people shy away from most kinds of exercise today because of
lack of time and motivation. We are a generation of drive through
banks, coffee and fast food restaurants. Soon it will be the norm
to call in to the grocery store and pick up our groceries at a
drive through window. Granted our lives are full of stress trying
to get all things done in a very short time period, but it puts a
strain on our health.
