The chain link.Comments:
The chain link is quite flimsy and was not crimped closed on the ends causing quite a few of the 'runs' to come undone and shift up or down in the span of the chain link. It took me more time to unroll and repair the chain link than it did to build the structure. Also my 14 pound border terrier has been able to bend the chain link allowing him to make holes big enough at the base of the chain link to escape. I have had to repair multiple spots to keep our dog contained.

Overall I would give the structure and gate 5 stars and the chain link 1 star.

(More customer reviews)I've worked various types of construction most of my life, therefore I have put a few things together over the years. I purchased the "Lucky Dog" kennel along with the canopy covering. To my dismay the kennel was missing half the connecting screws for the framework and the continous 30 foot chain link fencing was so snagged and tangled I wasted an hour of time just getting it strightened out. Once I had the frame together and the fencing attached I discovered that the canopy framework was 3 5/8 inches shorter than the horizontal end-frame of the kennel. To solve this problem I had to disconnect the fencing on the kennel and shorten both the top and bottom pieces of the end framework. I then had to reattach the wiring. Long story short- I wasted 3 hours of extra time, and a simple job turned into a big pain.This outfit is a joke!Jim in Kelseyville Calif.

(More customer reviews)We bought our Babee Tenda baby converting crib years ago for our first child.After two boys, it is now being used as a toddler bed for our youngest daughter.This baby bed and toddler bed combination has been everything we could have asked for.

We bought it at a baby show for about $800 which sounds like a lot until you start to price other converting cribs.For $800 we received the whole crib with mattress and box support and also wetting pads built in, side rails for the toddler bed, everything needed to convert it to a toddler bed and even a day bed, no need for buying extra mattresses or special extensions, three crib sheets, dust ruffle, special side door for that dangerous climbing out phase all three of my kids went through, teething surfaces on all four top sides and it even has two drop sides which made it much more convenient since our crib was centered on the far wall of the baby's room.I priced converting cribs just recently and by the time you add everything together at the our popular baby store it came to about $1,000 and still did not have some of the great features our Babee Tenda baby crib has.And we used it already for 3 children!

Finding other sheets was never a problem.We stayed away from those junkie name brands and stayed with Carter sheets and never had a problem.The mattress is a few inches bigger for the toddler bed stages, but it is also a few inches thinner which is why any quality baby crib sheet fits.We are using the same mattress for all three of our kids.The built in wetting pad keeps it sanitary and there aren't any springs to wear out inside the mattress.The box support it comes fits below the mattress and is what seems to give it a much greater life span than store mattresses.

The quality and construction of this Babee Tenda baby crib can't be found anywhere.It is steel framed and bolted together.No clips.No wires.After three kids this crib looks new.

Special features other cribs don't seem to have anymore:This crib has drop sides on the front and the back of this crib.Teething strips on all 4 top sides so the child can't chew on the wood.It also has an exclusive special side door which has been a real blessing for the climbing out of the crib stage.

The Babee Tenda baby converting cribs have been around for over 70 years and not once have I ever found any recalls or safety issues posted about this crib, unlike what I have seen in stores today.According to our news station in just recent months there has been over 4 million brand new cribs recalled because of serious accidents and even many deaths.

The only negative I have ever found was from a few people who went to a baby show and were given a bunch of free coupons and certificates for other companies.They were not happy with the free things, so they complained.We only used one of those coupons, but we really can't complain because they were free and our children's safety has always come first.Finally, the safety, construction and special features this Babee Tenda baby converting crib comes with is what has made it money very well spent.

1.The door frame goes together with four elbow assemblies and is tightened down with stove head bolts into these elbows that clamp against the pipes. These bolts are square by their smooth head so they don't spin when you go to tighten the nuts on the other end to them. When tightening,the bolts just spun around in a circle because the cheap soft metal couldn't hold the squares from the bolts. The first day our 4 month black lab just pushed on the door and with the frame impossible to tighten (clamping against the pipe), the door tweaked or twisted itself until the door had a big gap outward to let the dog out..
2. The chain links for the door were distorted with two rows one diamond out of sequence.
3. This is true-ly one of those cheap chinese products that has quality issues.

The system requires a tag to be worn and it only comes with one tag, which isn't desirable for multiple dog households. Their weenie dog loves to grab the main unit and play with it as if it were one of his toys. He is completely unaffected by it. It was a total waste of money. This product does not work so please don't waste your money on it.

You drive about 30 feet and have to get out and push the spinner to get it unjammed and you always have to keep shaking the bin to get the salt to slide down.I even store my salt in the warm indoors and it's clump-free #1 grade rock salt. The motor seems way too weak to be effective.

Believe it or not....a product designed to be near water and outside in the rain floods and takes in water at the first sign of rain. The circuitry fries and the product is done.

Whenthe product works, it works very well which is why I gave it a second chance, but at this stage after two units and given the cost involved, I suggest THAT YOU DON"T EVEN CONSIDER PURCHSING. If you chose otherwise, make sure that your warranty is in effect. As usual, however, Amazon comes through and takes the product back no questions asked. That is why I order here...

(More customer reviews)So, as a college student, I figured this would be -great- given I move nearly every year.Well, a little less than a year goes by and one of the tethers inside the mattress goes.There was a small bulge, nothing to worry about.I put it away for the summer and come back three months later.I blow it up, everything seems fine.Then I wake up at 3am with my back against the supports.

Long story short, since I've owned the bed, I've had to patch the bed 10+ times with pool vinyl repair (the patches they give you don't really work), and now nearly half the bed is a lump since all of the little tethers (the things that create the dimples in air mattresses by holding the sides together) keep coming unglued.Quality was not their first concern.

I had never exceeded the 400 lb. limit, nor had anyone jumping onto or on my bed.Complaining to Frontgate, they apologized that it was out of warrantee and that there was nothing they could do for me.(Nope, not even replacement parts available)

Maybe this is just an isolated incident, but I'm out $300 (with the foam pad) and now a bed too.

(More customer reviews)We purchased this Road Trip after having a horrible experience with a grill from Cabelas.That grill had the lava rocks that moved every time you moved the grill and besides that the legs fell off.We were looking for something that would have fold under legs and no rocks.The Road Trip saved our camping days.We purchased a bag for it, keep it stored in the belly of the camper and with putting water in the tray below the burners, it is very very easy to clean up.You can place this on the picnic table to cook on or use the fold down legs.We have also discovered that this is the best way to cook grilled onions and potatoes or pork chops or chicken, etc on the griddle.
