There are so many types of teas and they can get confusing at times. Tea is a great drink, and there are many ways to drink it as well. You can drink it with milk, or iced. Also, tea's can be made from fruits. In this lens, I am going to learn about teas, and take you on a tea journey. What's the history of tea? What is the healthiest tea? What are the benefits of tea? What's my favorite tea (and yours!). To start with, tea drinking is around 5000 years old from China and India. China primarily consumes green tea, and India, Pakistan, the UK, the USA and Europe primarily go for black teas. The split is 75% black tea to 25% green tea. Oolong and white teas are consumed much less frequently.
