I have a shakespear salt president and I must admit it is very smooth, multipliers I use the shimano tld 15 I just got a new grauvell zenith which is pretty good but more suitable for bigger rods so something sizing with the president would be more ideal also got the also got the abu garcia 6500 cs rocket chrome which I must admit surprised me it is really nice to use.
