Okay, I am in my final year at university and am required to write
a business plan as a group project. Our group is basing their plan
on beekeeping, well... kinda beekeeping. It's based on a queen-bee
rearing programme through a process of artificial insemination. I
think we have a problem because the queen bees are the only product
we are selling, at £25 each. Its impossible to write up a strategy
because its so limited... Do you think that even though we are a
voluntary organisation, we should still be selling other products
and services? If we did there would be a lot of information from
previous business plans to base it on. I feel so insecure about
having a minimal strategy... if someone asked me to invest £000's
in their business so they could sell queen bees at £25/each I would
laugh. But I doubt my group will listen to me :( Great Source for
