THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST STARTING!! you can avoid self injury with a biking glove or any glove. so as for fun the DvD allows for hours and hours of yoyoing and you can impress anyone with tricks like braintwister and split the atom, both of which are shown in the video and can be easily preformed with this yoyo.
