Summary: The TRX Training System
If I had to, I suppose I could describe the TRX exercise system is a cross between a cable pull and a trapeze!
You can perform TRX fitness anywhere, making it a brilliant idea
for the home exerciser, with no bulky machines or ugly gadgets
taking up all the available extra space in your house. The TRX
Suspension System is even better than having a pull up bar, as many
exercisers (including me) cannot pull themselves up without causing
an injury.

The TRX is versatile and suitable for all types of exerciser;
seniors with weak upper body strength will find that using the TRX
can make a real difference to them without risking damage to
muscles and joints that may not be as good as they should be.

One: Do more in less time by combining Cardio and Strength training
in the same workout. This means you'll burn more calories in the
same amount of time and therefore lose more fat. You're workouts
can be shorter but much more effective than traditional training
with machines.

I'm suggesting you try something different. Put the hype and
outragous claims like get a six pack in 7 days or lose 20 pounds a
week while eating icecram and watching the TV behind you. Instead
look for equipment that speaks for itself that if used regullary
will help you meet your health and fitness goals. Take a look at
The TRX Suspension System.

If the TRX System has a downside it would have to be the lack of
hype. They don't promise the world and deliver nothing so making a
case for people to try it is more challenging. They don't promise
you'll get great results using it for only 5 mins a day. The truth
is they make no promises at all. I agree with them as it's
impossible for them to promise anything and that's because it isn't
up to them it's all down to you. After all how many times will you
use it in a week? How long will you use it for? How motivated are
you to suceed? How disciplined are you?

Buying a piece of exercise equipment to use at home that is
effective, easy to use and doesn't cost an arm and a leg and can be
challenging to say the least. It's not that there is a shortage of
exercises equipment on the market today in fact the opposite is
true there are 100's of pieces to choose from. So what's the
problem? Well the problem is they are mostly rubbish and the claims
made for them bogus. It's possible you may get some small benefit
from using them but your time would be much better spent elsewhere.

When exercising on the TRX you will be performing compound
exercises in other words exercises that require many different
muscle groups to work together. Some will have to stabilise you
while others work. The exercises are more functional than
traditional machines which tend to isolate muscles and work them
separately. Now the more muscles you use doing an exercise the more
calories you burn and therefore the more fat you'll lose.
