If the TRX System has a downside it would have to be the lack of hype. They don't promise the world and deliver nothing so making a case for people to try it is more challenging. They don't promise you'll get great results using it for only 5 mins a day. The truth is they make no promises at all. I agree with them as it's impossible for them to promise anything and that's because it isn't up to them it's all down to you. After all how many times will you use it in a week? How long will you use it for? How motivated are you to suceed? How disciplined are you?
