When I started with Tom Venuto's Burn Body Fat eBook I weighed
250 pounds and my body weight was making my life miserable.It was
then my friend recommended me to Tom's book which was already
quite popular.
Being obsess I had already tried a few weight loss program, but
the results didn't satisfied and some ended up gifting me health
hazards. So I was initially skeptic about trying another weight
loss program.
However, my cousin was already under Tom Venuto's Burn Body Fat weight loss scheme and
it was showing effective result on her. This made me purchase The
Body Fat Solution: 5 Principles for Burning Fat, Building Lean
Muscle, Ending Emotional Eating, and Maintaining Your Perfect
Weight which is the full title of the book.
What I found interesting in this book is the way the author
presents his weight loss solution. His program includes attention
to the four main targets which causes body fat- motivational and
emotional factors, diet and nutrition, physical activity and
exercise, and support and planning.
Apart from this he also breaks the "body fat myth" that usually
plagues the piles of "weight loss industry" and also clears why
most weight loss program fails to work.
The core of the book is emphasized on diet and nutrition, and
physical activity for effective weight loss. It is first in
Venuto's book that I found no crash diet program but he
recommends a temporary change in eating pattern.
There is a list of "Ten Body Fat Solution Nutrition Rules." These
rules emphasizes on high-fiber, lean-protein diet stuffed with
whole-grain starches and carbohydrate. The diet is 100 percent
natural, although I found that it rather concentrates on in
taking more whole grain carbohydrates than low fat
consumption.
The 7 and 8 chapter of the eBook concentrates on the weight loss
exercises like weight training and aerobics and cardio exercises
and combination exercises for weight loss. The author also
discusses about NEAT that is (non-exercise activity
thermogenesis) which are physical exercises during the day which
helps in reducing fat.
In the whole I can vouch that this is one exercising program
worth trying as I lost considerable pounds in matter of six
months. So I personally recommend this book to everyone who is
