I will outline here how the sedona method came to be and how it is

The Sedona method began its life with a man called Lester Levenson.
At the relatively young age of just 42, after a massive heart
attack induced by stress, Lester Levenson was released from
hospital and sent to his apartment to prepare for his imminent
death. He was warned not to exert himself in anyway as he probably
had only day or a few weeks at most to.
Lester was a qualified physicist and, until he created the sedona
method, an extreme materialist. He was constantly stressed out over
his life. However, being confronted by his own mortality Lester's
stress increased.
Feeling immense sorrow and self-pity Levenson started to look for
the meaning behind his life and what he wanted from it. The sedona
method began to evolve as Lester asked himself again and again
"what is the meaning of life? Why am I here? And what do I
want?"
Once he began to question his life why he was so stressed all the
time and what it was he wanted Lester found that the answer was
happiness. He wanted to be happy. All his stress and worry came
from wanting happiness. Lester realized that all his actions had
been taken because of a deep inner desire to be happy. He also
found that he had been seeking this happiness in outside things and
people. When he failed to get the things he wanted he had felt
unhappy and experienced stress as he tried even harder to get
them.
He found that when he was feeling loving he was happiest while when
he was seeking love from others he was unhappiest. So Lester slowly
changed all his unloving feelings to love and watched in amazement
as his stress disappeared and his body began to repair itself.
He experienced the realization that the stress of wanting to
control the world around him had caused his ulcers. He found that
he experienced the most stress when he was seeking approval or a
feeling of safety.
Then he discovered that this stress through his thoughts and
feelings was actually creating his negative experiences! No much
later Lester had discovered a way to totally eliminate his stress
by 'releasing' his negative thoughts and emotions. He used the
sedona method to totally erase all his negative thoughts, feelings
and within 3 months he was totally cured!
The sedona method is a powerful technique to eliminate negative
thoughts and feelings on the spot. By using the sedona method to
free himself from his self-imposed stress Lester healed his entire
body.
Through study of the sedona method it becomes apparent, at an
experiential level, that our negative thoughts and feelings really
are behind all our stress.
By using the sedona method to eliminate his resistance to the past,
present and future Lester was able to stay more focused in the
present and he found that his thoughts became clearer, more
powerful and reduced his stress until it was completely gone.
It is well known that the causes of stress are in our reactions to
situations. A human being's actions and reactions in life are just
a symptom of their internal state. Actions are driven by desires
and desires are driven by thoughts and emotions. By using the
sedona method to remove this negativity your thoughts become clear
and extremely powerful and your stress just disappears.
