With so many comics and films to look through, it is a very hard task to come up with a rundown on how batman came to be. Batman has so many spinoffs that finding out the full detailed history is something only the original writers might know. If all you need are the basics behind the rise of The Dark Knight, it becomes a little easier task. Before Batman was the dark knight he was just a young boy from a very rich family, until one night at the theatre changed his life forever. On their way home from the theater, Batmans family took a wrong turn and ended up in what was known as crime alley, one of the worst areas in Gotham. This is the place or birth of what would become Batman. Joe Chill was a lowly thief at the time who found the Wayne family lost in crime alley and took advantage of the situation. The mugger shot batmans parents right in front of him and left the child weeping at the scene of the crime. It was a while until the cops had arrived, and when they did there was some questions on what to do with young Bruce. His family trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth took the role of bruce's family to keep him out of the foster system. At a very young age Bruce left Alfred and Wayne manor on a mission to ascertain everything he could to get revenge for the death of his parents. He traveled all over the world. In his travels he learned how to fight from several different techniques and he studied criminology and other sciences. After his journey Wayne didn't waste any time with his need for revenge. In the beginning he had no disquise or special tools. Because of his rush into the streets he was almost killed by the ones he was trying to help. He had no edge in Gotham and while sitting at home beaten and bloody one night a bat crashed into the window. This gave him an idea. The fear of the bat would be able to give him the advantage he needed. Bruce started building his batcave. Alfred, being the only one who knew of all of this helped out with guidance. He tended to Bruce's mental state along with keep him healthy and helping him with the business. A new Gothem city was beginning to thrive as Batman had been able to slowly bring crime down to the very little. Only the most reputable of people would The Dark knight work with. Besides Alfred, Bruces closest ally became Police Chief Gordan. In Batmans opinion he was one of the few remaing police that hadn't been corrupted by the mob. Together they were set to rid Gothams Streets of crime. This is the Batman most of you have come to know.

It seems these days that the only thing certain with Batman 3 is that anything is possible. Catwoman is now the main focus of all the rumors and there are a ton of possible ideas that have been thrown out there. Know one really even knows if there will even be Selina in the next Batman, yet huge names such as Cher and Angelina are being cast as the next Selina Kyle. This could all lead to some serious hype for the next batman movie. Nolan hasn't exactly been jumping at the chance to do the next movie, simply because third movies in trilogies simply never measure up to the hype. Bringing additional spotlight could kill the idea for Nolan. For this film to be great, it won't need super actors, it already has a pretty good group. It is going to have to keep Nolan. Why does everyone want to see Catwoman in the next movie? Catwoman is very popular, Because of this she has been added to most versions of Batman. OF course every hero has to have a special love interest and Catwoman seems to fit right in to the Batman world. Pfeiffer was Selina Kyle in Batman Returns. Halle Berry was the latest and starred in a stand-alone Catwoman film in 2004. All this being said, the stars mentioned as the next catwoman have not even been signed, most likely not even approached. Plus the fact remains that Catwoman might not even be in the next one. There has been plenty of other ideas for characters in the film some include the riddler with names like Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt to play the part.
