(More customer reviews)I have two Persians and they are quite a chore on upkeep. Well the little boy developed a urinary tract infection last year (a common occurence in persians), so the vet recommended this food, I had used Science Diet or Iams up to this point and had overall been really happy with them. The vet explained that she thought the simple change in the food might help him, she said that all three of those foods were really the best on the market and he probably just had trouble with digesting certain ingredients in the food. So I changed to the Persian 30 and have been very happy, his infection cleared up and both of the cats have experinced less coughing up of hairballs. one other benefit I have noticed is the litterbox smells less.

(More customer reviews)If I had known this cat food was manufactured in Thailand I would not have ordered it. I can't imagine there's much oversight of pet food production there. There is no mention of Thailand in Amazon's description, but it's stamped in big red letters on the box.
I fed one can without knowing - it made my cat sick and there were whole fish vertebra in the vomit.

(More customer reviews)Feral Will, our little rescued and quite neurotic cat, has calmed down considerably since we began using the fresh food tower. He used to gorge when we put out food, then beg when the bowl was empty. Sometimes his begging was while one of us was attempting to go down stairs or walk across a room. Once we left for a long weekend leaving two huge bowls of food so he wouldn't freak out. Uhhh, not such a great idea, he ate every speck of food and I think he must have gained three pounds.

This little, simple tool lets Feral relax. Food is always there so he doesn't have to gorge. Nice. I haven't tripped over him in weeks. We did have to put some tape over the hole to make the hole smaller to slow down the food flow. But that works and Feral is content and my life is easier. Very good return on my investment.

Before ordering, my question was, is this the same can food I have been purchasing through a pet store?The featured pic has a label and formula description that is slightly different.I called Organix for clarification.This featured label (as of August 9, 2010) is the older can, but Organix said it's very unlikely that Amazon would be selling the older cans.The pic has not been updated.So, indeed, I received the new cans.That almost deterred me from purchasing as there's no telling what a formula change to a favorite food can do to a cat's preference!All is well.

Too many cat foods have ingredients which aren't good for them or too much on the corn products. I did a lot of research on the best foods, and this is in my top picks. We also tried Evo which I heard good things about, but he didn't like it as much and it made him smell not so good. This one is mild on his sensitive tummy, it help with the hairballs (he has medium-long hair), plus he loves it. Can't beat that :)

(More customer reviews)I just received this bowl in the mail a few days ago.It is even more lovely than the photo depicted, and I had not noticed the cute birds that encircled the outside of the bowl in the photo.

I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the size, because it turns out to be much larger than what I had anticipated, but makes a nice water bowl for my kittens, and will eventually be appropriate for their dry food. It holds a full three cups, and I had anticipated it to be about half that size.

He was meowing and excited but when I put the bowl down he sniffed it and reared his head back and completely snubbed it. I can't tell you how shocked I was by his reaction. I ordered it direct from the company, so it wasn't spoiled. I have to give it 1 star because neither of my cats would touch it.

The other foods claim that you'll feel and see a difference, but this is the first food that has actually done so! So much that the first week she was on it, I almost took her to the vet because I was concerned why her fur was getting softer. She really looks forward to meal time every day. Amazing food! the problem with this, is that each dog is obviously different. The length of the nose and shape of mouth, makes a big difference.

I have 4 labs, 1 of them is a mastermind, and knows the tricks of the trade to get in there and eat fast, the other 2 still goes in circles trying to get it, the last just takes his dandy ol time anyways to begin with

It does work to some extent, but some dogs "learn". so I notice that my dogs at first ate slow, but now eat faster. Not as fast as they would in a normal bowl but still, theres only so much you can do I guess

Lastly, my biggest gripe is the material. Its like cheap plastic imo. My dogs bit their bowls, and the plastic gets damaged easily so my next question is, why didnt they make this with Metal ? or somethhing else more durable?

(More customer reviews)My cat was diagnosed with Renal Lymphoma this week, and along with her other treatments I was advised to give her multivitamins, unfortunately all the cat multivitamins I've been able to find contain phosphates, which is bad for cats with kidney problems.This one doesn't have phosphates and was just what I needed.To be fair, two out of my three cats aren't much interested in the treats on their own (the other cat loved them right off the bat), but I soaked one in salmon juice and everyone liked them just fine after that.

I hate it when the packaging lies about the contents of a product.The shipping was speedy and the value is great (as long as they deliver what the promise) now I am stuck with food my cat wont eat at all.
