Chronic Coughing…..please help!?

pI have had this chronic coughing for 45 days since about Dec.16th.2007. I first went to the doctor on Dec.30th.2007 and he diagnosed me with bronchitis and gave me antibiotics Azithromycin for 5 days. I took them as perscribed, but they didnt help. So on Jan.14th 2008 I went back to a differnt doctor and he diagnosed me with bronchitis and he gave me cotridin syrup, and two inhalers Flovent and Salbutamol I have talken them all as presciribed and I still have this chronic coughing.My SymptomsChills, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, deep and chronic coughing that worstens after exercise and when I am somewhere cold ex. outside or in an ice arena. When I cough the phlegm that comes up it clear.I have never smoked or used drugs and I am in good shape. Thanks, any ideas are much appreciatedp
