Hello Zrii Family,

This week was definitely one of the most challenging one in our life. It is my great honor to tell you today that we are strong, we are fully committed and we are ZRII – for Light, Luster, Prosperity and Abundance Living.

I also would like to share with you the outstanding actions that our founder & CEO Bill Farley took this week. It is remarkable to see how many people came from different parts of the country to help and support Bill; those people have been working with him for years and years. Bill also hired new talented people and together we were all able to put everything in place.

We want to give our deepest and special thanks to all customer service staff that continued to work so hard regardless of the unpleasant situation taking orders, shipping products and being there for all of us.

We are speechless to see Bill Farley’s capabilities this week, we knew his outstanding track record and credentials, however we had the opportunity to see and feel what a true leader Mr. Farley is, how committed he is to his vision, to us and to Zrii. It is a paradox and impossible to grasp those few individuals that had tried to ruin this vision for all of us, they would have stopped at nothing in order to take control over our company.

A true leader encourages his team to take on new responsibilities, grow and learn because that investment is in the personal growth of their team will pay off substantially in the future.

News for Zrii International Growth

It has been a busy time, traveling to Cancun, Canada, then back to Cancun, then Mexico City, then Puerto Vallarta – been racking up those frequent flyer miles. It has also been exciting to watch this Zrii International phenomenon grow in this part of the world. It is growing faster than you know… here is an example:

January 2009 was Mexico’s official launch, right? Well, I talked to one of my Puerto Vallarta members recently to see if they received their amalaki juice yet and he said his mother had just got back from the United States of America and had a lot of product…she had signed up in Zrii already! (he had not talked to his mother about Zrii yet and presented the opportunity). So feeling a sense of urgency now, he calls 2 good friends in PV to tell them about Zrii. THEY WERE ALREADY IN ZRII! Hmmmm…do you think “it is too late – everybody is already in Zrii” now? Not likely, but it is starting to get pretty interesting and market momentum is beginning to take place as this Zrii Blog entry is being written.

Also, recently we received an email from a neighbor who has been “too busy”(and he really is – I totally relate) to mention Zrii to his friends yet…and he tells me his friend who he thought might be big in this(but had not called yet) called him to say he should join Zrii! Has this happened to you yet? If not…it will.

We had a busy weekend at Milpitas Tet Festival. We set up the Zrii booth on Saturday and Sunday. It was a lot of work but it was a successful weekend.



My son and I pulled a lot of festival presentation equipment for at least 2 miles because we parked too far from the Festival.

I was sweating when we got to the exhibit hall, however, being an athlete this is nothing too exceptional for me. Our only problem was too much to carry and poor Bryant, he wasn’t happy....was exhausted but mentally positive.

Dr. Sonny Pham came by to help me set up and later I was alone for a long time, with no bathroom and no snack (team I need your help J). However, I was finally relieved when my friend at the festival came and helped me out.

Later Anna, who was here all afternoon, and Jackie joined me until 5:30PM on Saturday January 17, 2009.

Team this is a great way to build your business, please come out, networking, prospecting and share Zrii story. I pay for the booth, all you have to do is to join me.

Despite all the difficulties, the Milpitas, California Mayor stopped by our booth and some influential people in the Vietnamese community.

I got about 40 names signed up and at least 10 potential recruits. One of them is a young Marine reserved –he’s very excited about sharing this drink with his friends. Coincidentally, he was wearing Zrii color.

Last night’s meeting was very inspirational(as they always are) and Kirby Zenger, Zrii’s General Manager and SVP Senior Vice President was captivating to listen to. To have someone of that caliber speak at a local meeting presentation is a privilege (He just did a meeting in Sacramento, California the night before and is going to do a Home meeting tonight!).



It was so great to see so many of our dedicated California team participating there too as our group consisted of the largest contingent of IEs Independent Executives there. My personal thanks to everyone that attended, and we sincerely hope your guests signed up too.

· Dr. Tim Jackson talked about how he was recruited and was skeptical, didn’t think this was a “Real Business” etc. , but finally decided to come into the business in Spring 08. He just put his practice on hold January 1st to do Zrii full time!!!

· Next, our own Team Member and Doctor, Dr. Sonny Pham, gave a Zrii testimonial on how he is featuring Zrii on his weekly TV program. Wow! This is big. Congratulations on accomplishing this, Dr. Pham, and we look forward to you putting your practice on hold to do Zrii full time too(if you want to – but having the choice is nice).

· Superstar and accomplished Tri-athlete expert Suzanne Kwong gave her testimonial on how Zrii has helped her compete in local athletic Marathons – beating a group of men on a run up Mount Hamilton! (that’s a steep one!)

Kirby Zenger talked about the state of Zrii, now we did $43,000,000 in revenue our first year and how this is a milestone in our Industry. He also mentioned that some of the BIG networkers from other countries are flying in to meet with him at HQ…they want to get started ASAP and are ready to roll. I have seen this in other companies and these “hitters” bring in entire downlines (i.e. thousands) with them and get first in status in other markets. You could see Kirby’s perfect poise kick in as he assured us we will not enter any other markets until we are ready, all regulatory requirements have been met, and there will be no special deals made etc. I love the integrity of this company.

He also mentioned the elaborate scientific testing that is going on right now and some big results have come in regarding sugar content of the juice…saying the formulation team all hoped the results would be neutral (diabetics cannot drink a lot of juice due to sugar content) – but it came back even better than this…they can back as low glycemic.

And one more thing…Kirby said we are really close to being CERTIFIED ORGANIC. This is a very difficult to get a Certified Organic seal and we are excited about this corporate branding development.

They were in the middle of building a new home and selling their old one – when the market tanked completely. They couldn’t keep up with the mortgage payments on both homes, could not sell their old home, and wound up homeless on the street(look around you these days – he was not alone). Homeless on the streets with 4 kids and a wife that is pregnant is a horrible situation to be in.

And in closing…..the air was electric in there. Sandra and her membership team were completely blown away and humbled. We are so happy to be with our great team, and catch the spirit of this remarkable network marketing company. Truly, there are no accidents in the Universe (I’ll give you the quantum physics explanation if you are not familiar with this).

The second ZRII Rising Star academy training event concluded at the Anaheim California Convention Center on November 15, 2008. Bill Farley and all the original founders attended and made themselves available for personal mentoring of the Zrii distributor base.

We learned that California is the #1 network marketing state in the USA, with Florida, Texas, and Colorado following closely. Indeed our California team is growing furiously with Suzanne Kwong accomplished triathelete leading a large group of customers and distributors. Suzanne personally recruited several new local residents which became independent executives deciding to join Zrii while the event was in process -we congratulate her for dedication to sharing this compelling business opportunity with the Vietnamese community in San Jose and throughout the east coast. Amalakisuperstar team leader Albert Lee signed up a very popular restaurant entrepreneur once the owner observed him introducing Zrii and the business in a restaurant meeting.

Zrii Mexico Market continues to suprise us with it's potential with over 5,000 signups in the first month of prelaunch. Network Marketing Thrives

In both good economies and bad economies network marketing thrives, but especially when times get tough people run out of employment options and try their luck at becoming entrepreneurs. Alternative choices are drying up and the networking industry has come of age. The trends are with us and the new mlm companies are improving as a group. Direct selling is moving towards the MLM business model for it's efficiency and effectiveness which cuts out costs and rewards those who take the right actions embracing residual income and hard work.

My personal reason for developing a business in this multi-level marketing industry is not so much to pay the bills today, but to earn income working from home forever until the end of life as Social Security is going to disappear as we know it due to Federal Government gross mismanagement and exploitation.

Economic Outlook

Recently everybody has witness their assets lose value. The value of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq composites lost an aggregated value of $7 trillion dollars after the markets dropped 20+% in recent months. The Fed injecting 1-2 trillion dollars into the economy is not enough to offset decreases in overall asset values and liquidity. We now have less money in 401k accounts and equities. Home values dropped considerably in select areas of the United States and are not expected to resume an uptrend in any foreseeable future which takes a huge bite out of the American consumers wallet. These two factors alone will constrain the economy for years to come much like Japan experienced in the 1990s. Homeowners are getting squeezed and are in a higher risk profile than ever before. The housing bust will take a decade to reach stability. You wait, next in the major press headlines will be massive layoffs. Socialism policies adapted and embraced by the next presidential administration will raise our taxes and we'll get less and less in return for our tax dollars.

The Deleveraging of America

Economic contraction is never pretty. It will take some time to unwind this mess and get the unwanted debt off the books. Consumers will reduce spending on both essentials and luxuries creating less demand as evidenced by world producers lowering gasoline and oil prices per barrel. Credit is very tight and both banks and people are hoarding cash rightly so. Inflation peaked in August 2008 and we're now going into a period of deflation as manufactures will find it impossible to raise prices. Commodity prices are falling drastically due to lower demand in recessionary times -yes we're in a recession unfortunately. Home mortgage interest rates are rising to reflect a higher risk profile for borrowers.

Where Does This Leave Us?

The whole purpose to Join Zrii is to improve health and improve our Economic Outlook. All network marketing opportunities are not created equal -and never forget that! R - R is for RELATIONSHIPS. Building human relationships is the glue that holds a network marketing organization together. People not only want health and financial liberation they want to be a part of something meaningful and worth their time, influence and credibility. Everybody needs relationships to fulfill inner needs. We want to work around people that we enjoy being around and have similar values.

E - E is for ENERGY. Stated more precisely, E is not only for Energy but for Enthusiasm and Excitement which is not unlike a mild dose of adrenalin. Hype has nothing to do with this concept. The point is, don't expect people to want to join your business based upon pure logic, people want to be uplifted, see and feel the hope that this (opportunity) could be the one. Always have a positive attitude and be at least mildly and outwardly happy, and hopefully your prospects will want exactly what you've got! Building genuine energy and enthusiasm is more difficult via the telephone but it can be done as a first step before moving on to actually attending a company event and meeting in person like the recent ZRII Rising Star Academy. E can also stand for Entrepreneur as we're 100% accountable for our own business results and must perform in order to get paid.

D -D is for DUPLICATION. This one hits home and we've all heard it at least a hundred times. If you don't create a network marketing organization that can duplicate you're never going to get anywhere. Without duplication your group will whither away eventually.

S - S is for STORIES. How many times will you tell your Zrii story, how many times will you tell about your struggles with network marketing before finding Zrii...you're successes and failures...how you came to discover this company...get started...your product experiences etc. Facts Tell and Stories Sell! Whether you're a founding executive of Zrii or a brand new Zrii Independent Executive you tell your story over and over again to invite people to take a look at this company. In the last 10 months we've accumulated alot of great Zrii stories which makes the business enjoyable and makes it more personal so prospects can relate. I've told my story at least 300 times and I'm paid very well for doing this simple thing. Be a story teller and NEVER stop sharing your story. The ZRII Story is Iconic!

T -T is for TEAM. The Zrii Prosperity Plan rewards good behavior which is growing a team. We benefit each other both upline and downline. We build very deep in our organization so the new members can see new IE's coming into their business fast creating (OV) Organizational Volume. Our AmalakiSuperstar team connects on the telephone several times a day. We help our team members be successful by helping them recruit and signup people which benefits the entire team.

What is Team Carroting? When one team-member gets a Zrii signup they communicate with the other active leaders and let them know that IF they get someone signed up before 12:00 MST next day we'll place our new signup under their new signup. CONSISTENCY - Building a powerful and profitable Zrii Business is not based upon a single day in time or in working hard for a few weeks. If you want to earn a full-time income working from home in this industry and create lasting residual income you've got to choose Great Companies (ie.ZRII) and then work them for months and years teaching team members how to succeed. Objective of First Phone Call

The objective for the first phone call is not to sign up somebody 'then and there' but to connect with them. Remember they're not sitting there anxiously waiting and expecting your call. Take them through a few steps. If you're a professional, and know how to conduct the business call you have a good chance of getting them to join. You're in control of the call -not them. My goal on the first call is to answer these questions: Can I cross this person off my list; Are they worth spending more time on; Would they be ready to join my business in the coming hours or days -not weeks or next month (timing); What is their WHY; Do they have the investment capital and resources to start a business at this time; Do they have the heart and will of an enrepreneur to make things happen versus getting a job; Are they a critical thinker; Do they have the right attitude and temperament; Are they reliable and dependable?

The basic objective when cold calling leads is to connect with them, get them interested enough so they know you're the right leader and can lead a team, confirm that they are indeed looking for a home based business at this time, get them thinking...are they looking NOW or are they looking next month.....if not now then I give them my contact info and website and thank them, and lastly to get the person to do something on their own, take some action, whether it's to listen to a recorded call, live conference call, go to a website, do some more research etc. If they agree then I set a follow up call within 24-48 hours. If no action was taken on their behalf it's not likely I'll be spending more time with them unless they provide some indication that they're serious and will meet me half way.

The summer months of June, July, and August typically represent the slowest time of the year for the MLM network marketing industry.
