Homes sold for the month of March 2012 were 28, 7.14 percent higher than the same month last year. In March of 2011, a total of 26 homes were considered sold.

Sales price was down only a bit by 0.63 percent from March last year's median sold price of $205,000 and original list price of $244,400 to this year's $203,700 median sold price and $224,900 original list price.

Each square foot of Syracuse home went sold in the month of March this year cost around $71.21. The median square feet size was 2,861. Typically, homes have four bedrooms and three baths.

This was a decrease of 13.36 percent from the same month last year when median sold price was $204,000 and the original list price was $219,500. 
During November this year, the median dollar per square foot price was $99.93. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 1,568 square feet. Typically, the home includes three bedrooms and three baths.
