pAfter a swim practice I fell asleep and when I woke up this pain in my lower throat was present when I swallow this sounds odd, but it feels similar to when a burp is caught in your throat and when I breathe in hard my upper chest hurts as well. A girl on my team recently had chronic bronchitis, are these the same symptoms I have not had a severe cold or cough in the past month and do not have one now.p
