In my first life I was a Professional Firefighter for 26 years. I worked as a home inspector on my Off Duty Days. I retired in 2007 and started my own Home Inspection and Infrared Company. Protecting buyers from Buying the Money Pit is the idea my Compan was built on. I fell in Love with Infrared Cameras while a Firefighter and get to use a high end Fluke Camera to Protect buyers. I'm very grateful for my life.
Every certified home inspector will need to look very closely at
the deck on the house at the time of a home inspection. The sheer
numbers of deck problems seems to be increasing, because from year

newspaper about decks plunging and people getting injured. There
can be numerous conditions that contribute to deck failures however
the most widespread troubles are caused by inadequate construction
or the decks age.
