Arsenette has gone to great lengths to discover the whereabouts of the Japanese Sasuke competitors that we all know and love. While the information is incomplete and still coming in, so far the competitors and all-stars are safe. All her findings can be seen on her blog post on Rambling Rican HERE.

While most of the people we know may be ok, there are many many more who have lost their homes, and lost their loved ones. Levi Meeuwenberg recently held a Ninja Warrior workshop at Apex Movement gym in Denver, Colorado. Many people came out to meet Levi and learn his tricks of the trade, and how he trains and prepares for the rigorous obstacle courses of Ninja Warrior (Sasuke).

The Ninja Warrior Seminar at Primal Fitness in Washington DC was a big hit! Thanks to all my friends at Primal, Mark, Travis, Frosti, and Knox who helped build the new ninja warrior obstacles and helped out with instruction at the event. The first day was a workshop to teach the my training methods and the specific techniques needed to conquer some of the staple Ninja Warrior obstacles like the salmon ladder and cliff hanger. The second day we build a whole Ninja Warrior course and had an informal Ninja Warrior style competition where each person only gets one chance, just like in Japan.

Thanks to all who came out. I definitely had a blast, and can't wait to do more of these!
