Gong and Tai Chi Class 10am to 11am each Friday per class or for 6
classes with Tai Chi and Qi Gong Instructor Joan Cosgrove Welcoming
adults of all ages and levels of fitness to discover Qi Gong and
Tai Chi. Class participants will learn how these ancient Chinese
practices can reduce stress, improve health, balance and
flexibility and promote an overall sense of well being. Participate
in the slow, rhythmic movements and relaxing style with instructor
Joan Cosgrove for approximately 50 minutes. Tai Chi traditionally
has been recognized as a formidable martial art, and recently the
West has also acknowledged the healing benefits of its practice.
Joan has studied Qi Gong and Tai Chi since 2002, under the
instruction of Sensei Jeannie Redding and Masters Ken Smith and
John Fritz, from Grandmaster Fred Villaris lineage. She has been an
