Boiling, Steaming, Broiling
Though classically cooked by boiling, there are other ways to cook lobster.
Boiling
* Use two quarts of water for every pound of lobster.
* Use enough salt to approximate seawater–about one tablespoon
for every quart of water.

Steaming
