At home, near the beach in Sydney. The house is full of children and animals. From here, he leads his multimillion dollar global company, by working a few hours a day. Its revenue doubles each year. He’s only 40.

Sydney, Australia, over twenty years earlier, the nineties of the 20th century
In his late teens. First Job. You find him at the timber-yard. It is dangerous and difficult. He earns $2.75 an hour. It doesn’t even cover the cost of the petrol for the car.
He is 20. Financial disaster strikes his family. He needs to move out of the place they used to live in. Craves a better job, and gets work as a debt collector repossessing cars. This is something not many people want to get their hands dirty with …as you deal with the most dangerous areas of Sydney. It is a school of survival.
Four years later, things are very different. He is selling cars for a local BMW dealer. It is a small dealership, however he thinks Big. Within the first 12 months, he becomes the number one BMW sales person in Australia. He studies selling and sales techniques with such intensity and devotion as if his life depended on it. Among the books that lead to victory are: “The Psychology of Selling” by Brian Tracy, “Influence” written by Robert Cialdini and Jay Abraham’s material.

Aged 26. Works for Mercedes Benz. Within one year, continuous education in selling and business management pays off handsomely: he is the number one Mercedes Benz sales person in Australia. Repeats it two years later, as a manager of the year. How?

Year 2000. The multimillion dollar strategy.
Believe me, this is going to be interesting. Picture a multimillionaire, manic and out of control. A man who leads a hundred million dollar a year car dealership like a medieval tyrant, feared by his employees. Who takes things to the edge, requiring perfection. Now, imagine a spacious room. It’s about three in the afternoon, and it is dark inside when the young man enters. The boss sits in the corner, behind a desk. His shiny shoes are on the table. After a brief moment of silence, he carries on, saying:

This is a true story. The same man who risked his life as a debt collector some 10 years earlier, is now leaving the room with a notebook full of information that is going to change everything.
He’s 30 now, and becomes the general manager for the dealership lead by the man from the dark room. The responsibilities and level of stress are out of proportion. Passion wins again: he is the number one manager.
By the time he’s 34,
the world is no longer the same. Too fast and furious currents change its surface forever. The global economy is shaking, causing tens of thousands of people lose their jobs, countries go bankrupt… at the same time the internet is starting to rule. It is still very young, yet spreading out like fire, opening up the sky high possibilities for the business owners to reach more people, to make more money, when they know how to do it…But that’s on the outside…

How have I created this list? I am not a million dollar business owner yet. I would not teach or mentor you…without my own successful experience. However, among my close or distant friends are people who have far surpassed that financial line. Their companies are global, and growing. Their experience has been gathered over the decades of entrepreneurship and corporation-related work. I am sharing the secrets of the multimillion dollar business minds like James Schramko, an Australian businessman.
So pay attention.

Ten reasons of business failures:
- Not paying attention to the tax issues. Creating a business without this element is like having a dinner served on a table with three legs, when the fourth is missing. It can cause your company to fail fast and take you with it.
- Not taking care about the payments properly. Have the proof on paper, make sure that you pay on time and the right amount. (*read the example below this list)
- Being a one-man show. Person trying to do everything by him or herself. When you have no money but lots of time, it may be an option, but when the income starts coming in, outsource the tasks you are not an expert at. If you keep doing everything, you are also sweating the details, while the big thinking is left behind.
- Acting like a loser. Not completing the tasks and starting new ones. Working on to many issues at one time. “Too many” means more than one.
- Having no system or strategy. Doing the same things again and again. This may be well visualized as trying to invent the wheel.
- Not setting up your brand name that people will remember. Not choosing a name that corresponds with what the business is about.
- Creating a business that can be emulated easily. Can your business be copied?
- Borrowing money or taking in funding. There are quite many people out there ready to invest in a great idea… yet when you let them in, you also welcome their control. They can shut your company down at any moment, or steer it into a different direction that you would like to, change it completely or even remove you from the company. (Think about what happened to Steve Jobs, or Gurbaksh Chahal)
- Not understanding the assets and liabilities.
- Not concentrating on marketing your product or ideas. “World is full of great products that nobody has ever heard of”… says Keith Cunningham.

Climate Change, rising global population (which has already exceeded 7 billion, according to the United Nations), global extinction of species on a massive scale, worsening quality of food and rising levels of temperature, pollution, global problems with clean water, melting glaciers, drying rivers…etc… sound like the continuous artillery fire. As intense and frightening as it might be…
And it is not going away.
This is a part of the modern day picture, of the world we live in.
However…
There are solutions…
simply, because we love to fix problems.
The troubles we see and experience, have showed us that the systems of transport, food production, air travel, development of new products based on old schemes, production of toxic fabrics and paints, even shoes with traditional soles that pollute the upper part of the soil, are not good enough any more. We needed to change and develop something new, to save the earth’s ecosystem and to prosper in the same time.
It meant creation of a new fresh industry/ science. It’s name is Biomimicry- “innovation inspired by nature” (also called Biomimetics or Bionics).
Simply put, it is a process of developing new technologies based on the systems developed by nature through 3.8 billion of years of evolution. Observing and adapting the best ideas. How cool is that? Scientists and biologists, designers observe how nature does things. The results of such observations are … already solving some of our major problems and making hundreds of millions of dollars.
1.Velcro (Brand fasteners)
Sales from it today exceeded 100 million dollars…and yes…annually. It all started in 1948, when George de Mestral, a Swiss electrical engineer went with his dog on a hunting trip. The dog came back with his fur full of burrs from burdock plants. They were so well stuck, that it made George thinking…about the mechanism behind it. He analyzed the plant, and discovered the system now known as velcro, that is being used by many of us every day, in our shoes, jackets, even by NASA clothes for the astronauts.
2. Passive Cooling
Termites, (the African insects) build towers to live in. There wouldn’t be much to add to it, if they didn’t learn to maintain a constant temperature inside their homes. They do it by opening and closing vents throughout the structure, to create currents of fresh air. Then hot air can naturally leave the mound through the upper chimneys, while new fresh and cool air is drawn in through the lower parts of the tower. This true innovation was successfully used in the high rise Eastgate Centre building in Harare, Zimbabwe.
3. Displays inspired by Butterflies
One of the nature’s most remarkable developments is the color of butterfly’s wings. Those vivid and pure colors are created by the wings structure that reflects light. Different wavelengths interfere with each other to form what we see as colors. Company called Qualcomm has followed this groundbreaking innovation and created an electronic display screen, that uses nearly no energy.

The car’s shape mimics the highly aerodynamic boxfish. Researchers found the fish to be a “prototype” of a car of the future. Multiple reasons explain their interest: the creature is an outstanding swimmer, maneuverable with minimal effort, even in the most turbulent areas. The secret to the latter is explained by the construction of its outer skin- structure created by the numerous hexagonal plates, that are interlinked to stabilize and protect the fish from injury. Biologists and engineers at Mercedes-Benz studied the creatures aerodynamic qualities and applied them in their concept vehicle called the Bionic Car.
6. Lotus effect-new paints, glass, fabric finishes, that keep dirt away
Extremely water repellent Lotus leaves, have very interesting leaf surface structure. The scientists discovered that it is bumpy, and waxy which explains its superhydrophobic qualities. Dirt particles are easily picked up by water droplets and taken off the surface of the leaf. That means that the leafs are self-cleaning.
7.Mosquito inspired nearly painless needle
Your skin itch when mosquitoes bite, but it only happens when the bloodsucking is over, and because of the bacteria injected by the insect. The bite itself is not felt. It happens due to the insects proboscis. It consists of an “internal tubular labrum” -a tube that transmits the blood from the victims body to the insect, and two outer walls, harpoon-like, that first penetrate the skin, and allow the inner part to enter it without interfering with its nerves. Mechanical engineer Seiji Aoyagi from Osaka Kansai University developed a needle that mimics the system so expertly constructed in the body of the mosquitoes. It is now being used in the hospitals in Japan.

This is also called… an explosive growth. And it happens fast. It comes like a massive avalanche, that leaves your competition stunned, and slaughters the dreams of the people who do not know that simple actions and tools caused the change. They will see magic behind your success, and look for magic secrets, keys to success, quick fix methods. And slow their learning, value delivery and financial rewards massively.

It took part in Rimini, Italy, late September this year. Four days of total empowerment. Tony and Joseph used the time to help people understand their true abilities. By showing how physical strength, posture, well-being is linked to your emotional power. Plus you learned about the way to total life’s satisfaction and health. The teachers have achieved that in their lives fully. You use only a small fraction of your mind’s capabilities, and the seminar expanded the feeling of personal unstoppability. They know that it is possible… and that you can have it too. Very often it is the key to success.
