Make Money Blogging For Beginners
The blog for
money business is not one to be taken
lightly. Your success depends greatly on the amount of time
and money you have to invest in properly educating yourself
in the making money online business. Many bloggers have tried
and failed miserably; do to the lack of knowledge when it
comes to selecting a business model, poor niche research, and
marketing skills. As the old adage says, "not planning, is a
plan to fail".....

I will admit that there are a number of
ways you can use to make money online now (yes today) and it can
be done for free. I will caution you
though, none of your making money online efforts will matter to
your overall success if you haven't laid the proper ground
work. Learning to make money online takes
dedication, plus an understanding that you will only get out of
it what you put in.
To
help you get started, I will outline the 10 steps to make money
blogging that I use almost everyday.
1.) You must have html code
access to their blog.
2.) Learn the proper methods of
keyword research.
-
Use your carefully selected
keywords in blog titles, blog name, article titles,
etc..
-
Add your keywords at the
beginning, middle, and end of your blogs post.
-
Narrow your keywords (seed
words) list, 5-25 words is more that enough.
3.) Categories and
Keywords: turn your keywords into domain a name.
4.) Find your neighbors, also know as your competition and make
friends.
-
Linking to other niche
specific blogs is extremely important to your
search engine rankings. A few is adequate, no need to
go overboard =)
5.) Blog directories
submissions.
-
Getting your blog into
the top directories is needed for proper indexing, this
will boost you search engine rankings.
6.) Submit regularly to the
usual directories Google, DMOZ.org, and Yahoo.
-
This step is umber
important if your blog is also a website.
7.) Be sure that the length
of your blog post meet the needs of your audience.
-
Each post should contain
at least 200 words, be sure to integrate your
keywords.
-
Your keywords should be
closely related to your title, this helps search engines
understand the focus of your blog post.
8.) Moderate your blog
frequently, in fact I would say check it daily.
-
Comment spam can and
will adversely effect the creditability of your
blog.
9.) Always use clean URL's
for affiliate product links and back-linking.
10.) Make frequent post to
your blog and never post duplicate content.
Remember search engines
love finding new content, Google, Bing, and Yahoo will reward
you for giving their robots new content to crawl. Blogging
for money is a great way to earn a living if you follow a
proven method of success, you really can make money blogging
on auto-pilot.

When it
comes to blogging for dollars it really doesn't matter if you're an
experienced blogger or an absolute beginner with two days of work
under your belt. You can make money blogging by simply following
the step-by-step methods of any successful blogger that has a
proven system of how things should and ultimately will work. If you
think for one New York minute that this stuff really happens over
night, then you're just plain CRAZY.... Excuse me, no offense! I
have bought about 5 of those really popular "How To Make Money
Fast" crap-systems and to be quite honest it's all just common
sense approaches once you hone down what I call my top 15 steps to
make money online and profit from exposure traffic basics. It's
just a fancy name I gave to 15 steps I use everyday. Lol
=)
Cover
of Money From HomeMy story
is a lot like most of the stay at home parents that I meet during
my mentoring sessions, they all have a specific question to
meet a specific goal - how do I make money at home? In short my
first answer is always do surveys from home for money. It's how I
started generating enough income to forget about looking for a
part-time job. Next, I go on to tell them that most of the how to
make money from home strategies I use center around the kind of
time you have to invest in your money making ventures. Which can be
based on the ages of your children and their schedules. If you're a
stay at home
wife or husband, adjust this accordingly.
A stay at
home mom in 2011 can make money online just by sharing her everyday
parenting moments blogging for other at home parents that can
relate to her duties. Most at home moms and at home dads never
consider that other at home parents are sharing the same brain-food
(thoughts/ideas) with them. An it's no secret that kids do the
darnedest things that we love to share, so the next time you have
an aha moment, come back to this post, leave a comment, and make
some new friends.

The
objective of each blog entry is gaining exposure as a way of
attracting advertising revenue. Your blogs content message is only
as successful as the time you've invested in doing proper
keyword research. This step should never be skipped; in fact it’s
the most important factor in gaining traffic and acquiring access
to your target audience. Publishing your first article is a great
milestone in your blogging career, take this time to learn all
there is to know. Opportunely, there are several basic guidelines,
which can make your content more useful to your target audience,
adored by the search engines, and respected by the world of
blogging.
Prior
to writing one word of your first blog entry, you need to know
who your target audience is, what they want, and how you can
provide it to them better than anyone else. If you feel these
factors are irrelevant to your blog’s purpose than you can expect
to spend very little time in the blog for money business. You
must remember that if you want readers to become paying clients
then these factors are the only thing relevant to your bottom
line.
Lastly,
always remember - where there are readers there is something
interesting being said. The only real reason people read is
because they want to know something, learn how-to, or enjoy the
published content. If you really want to achieve some kind of
massive readership, you must strive to make your content
interesting by researching niches that already have a
following.

If you
already blog for free, money for you may be Just a Click Away.
This means, if you already spend a fair amount of time blogging,
money may come to you literally as soon as you ask for it. Once
you have an established blog with a regular readership, it is
easy to turn a profit through advertising. By hosting a few
sponsored links or banners, you can see income from your hobby
almost overnight. Even if you did not start your blog with the
intentions to turn a profit, making supplementary income from
your blog may be easier than you think.
Of
course, even for people who have spent months or even years
blogging, money from advertising revenue may not add up to a
large sum. The amount of money that you can make as a blogger
depends on a lot of different factors, but perhaps the most
important element of the equation is the topic of your blog. If
your blog is on a subject that appeals to a demographic that
advertisers have a strong desire to reach, you are likely to
attract more niche driven advertiser and turn a larger profit on
your blog. Rather than if your blog is on a fairly obscure
subject that does not draw the kind of audience that advertisers
need to appeal to. Of course, the only way to find out where you
fall on this spectrum is to try hosting some ads from Linkshare,
Commission
Junction, or ShareASale. Since you are already blogging, you
have nothing to lose!
Before
I go,
Here my
word of caution to you: be sure to post a disclaimer on your blog
that explains the changes to your blog audience, this also shows
advertisers that you are serious and want to blog for money.

The
following optimization tips can help you grow your Google
Adwords dollars. The ideal balance point is the one that
maximizes your business goals. If you’re looking to advertise a
for-profit business, your goals may be to get the highest
possible profits, period. You may be willing to sacrifice
some profits for a better quality of life and go for the highest
ROI. On the other hand, if you’re building a
comp any to
sell in ten years, you may prefer to build a gigantic subscriber
base rather than going after the BIG bucks upfront.
Whatever
floats your boat, following these steps will push you out to sea
and take you too the land of opportunity. Life’s GREAT over here,
I hope to see you soon! First things first:
-
Do
your keyword research and start with the effortlessly obvious
ones that relate to your niche first. Making this your “Top 20
List” of the keywords customers would use to find your product
or service.
-
From there, grab any resource you have and
find all the family members that are related to your keywords.
Goggle has some great tools to get things moving like my
favorite toy the Wonder Wheel. Use it to further research your
chosen keywords and be sure to click the related searches tab
too.
-
Tweak
your list and get rid of the ones that remind you of bad sex…
Lol, I meant underperforming keywords silly!
The
goal is here is to create a reliable list of frontrunner,
profitable keywords that point to the right ad or the affiliate
product you want people with money to see. It takes time to build
a strong list of Google Adwords keywords, it doesn’t
happen overnight. Experiment!

via CrunchBaseMost of
the blogging software available on today’s retail market is
specifically designed to be super efficient and
extremely user friendly. Even using the least intimidating free
blogging software at BlogSpot can feel very overwhelming to
someone who has not spent the time it takes to fully master the
tweaks for maintaining this type of blogging software.
Particularly for newer bloggers, learning how to use the
interface of any blogging software is the most difficult part of
blogging. If you are somebody who feels comfortable expressing
themselves in another medium, it may prove to be well worth your
time and effort to learn how to use video blogging software, but
that doesn't mean any of this stuff will be as easy as hitting
the record button.
The main
things that will help you find success as you learn how to use a
new kind of blogging software is to try and follow each step
slowly. Many people get so excited about learning to blog that they
rush head first into the thick of things and start exploring the
most complicated features of a program right away. This can lead to
getting confused and feeling frustrated, and all too many potential
bloggers burn out during this stage of the process. If you take
your time learning the basics of your blog software program before
you move on to more advanced techniques, you are more likely to
retain what you have learned and feeling good about your ability to
understand the world of blogging by letting your blog earn
money.

Video
blogging does have its advantages over this blog post, still many
wonder how YouTube Video Blogs caught on and spread all over the
globe like a wildfire. Video blogs have a way of effectively grab
the attention of its viewers and if it’s done correctly can help
your blog generate traffic and income. People are much more
likely to identify with a REAL face, become excited about the
dynamic content of your video blog, plus I doubt it if anyone
really finds a written post to be as thrilling. The more
enthusiastic viewers are about a site, the quicker the word of
mouth spreads, and the more traffic the site will get. I am sure
you know what more traffic to your site spells for you, right?
Sing It - MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY - MONEY!!!
Back
to the Lesson
Of
course, there are plenty of disadvantages to video blogging as
well. Hosting a v-blog requires quite a bit of server space,
which can make it difficult to get started. It takes more time to
process and upload a video file than it does to type out a quick
blog post, which means that running and updating a video blog can
be quite a bit of work. In addition, web surfers sometimes grow
frustrated with the slow loading times of the files on many video
blogs. Whether you opt for a video blog or not depends on what
kind of subject matter you want to cover, and how much time you
can devote to video blogging. Before you decide to pursue a video
blog, consider if there is an easier way for you to get your
message across. In addition, it's important to research
your file hosting and sharing options, finding the best one
doesn’t always mean cheap.

Blogging
101 is mostly about the blogging vocabulary. To understand
blogs, you need to know the terms blog, platform, domain, and
web host. Once you have mastered these key elements
of blogging, you can enter any conversation
about blogging with confidence. After you know exactly what a
blog is, you will be on your way to passing the final exam of
blogging 101.
Blog is
short for weblog, which simply means a series of online posts
presented in reverse chronological order. That's all! Most
blogs are text, but there are also photo blogs and video
blogs. The rest of blogging 101 has to do with the
technical side of things. If you are setting up a blog, you
will need a platform, a web host, and a domain.
A blogging platform is a computer software program that
allows you to write posts and to update your blog. Your
platform is also what you use to design the look of your blog,
from color scheme to font size. The web host is sort of like
the virtual file cabinet where your blog is stored. Your
computer communicates with the host when you upload
or edit a post. The domain is the online address of your
blog, and usually ends in ‘dot com'. Now that you know what a
blog is, what a platform is, and what domains and hosts are,
congratulate yourself! You have passed blogging 101.

Blogs as
you already know can be created for a profit or non-profit business
venture, but most bloggers blog for the purpose of making money.
There may be some content published to simply provide an outlet for
the blogger to freely voice his or her opinions and share their
private thoughts. However, the general population of bloggers sole
intention is to profit financially from their online efforts.
Fortunately, there are several methods of profiting from a blog and
applying these methods can help you gain money too.
The
Advertisements
Selling
space for advertisers is one of the most common ways to profit from
a blog. It’s true that blogs with a considerable amount of traffic
can generate income with ad sales; the key is to make sure that you
have properly identified your target audience. The reason why
bloggers choose to sell advertising on their sites is simple, the
blocks create a form of passive income for them once the traffic
has begins to roll in. Although it takes work to look for
advertisers and maintain the ads on your blog, those who can
achieve it gain a reasonable amount of money with these types of
ads.
Compared
to other forms of profiting from a blog, selling advertisement
space can be one of the most consistent revenue streams. If you are
able to keep your ad slots filled, you should have a very good idea
of just how much you can make every month.
On the
negative side, selling ads requires you to have some kind of
established traffic. Traffic is important because it draws interest
from potential advertisers. You might find it hard to sell an ad
space without traffic and it will most likely not produce much
revenue. Additionally, the blog must have a target audience in
order to achieve the maximum amount of cash for advertisement
space. Remember that advertisers are more likely to pay if your
target audience is a match to theirs.
Affiliate
programs are also a major resource of profits for several bloggers.
Affiliate marketing programs are excellent in a sense that they
enable you to have the opportunity to make money even if your blog
has a small audience. However, one bad side to affiliate marketing
programs is that there can be instances where you cannot make any
money at all.
Newly
created blogs feature affiliate ads most of the time compared to
selling space directly to advertisers. Since selling ads is hard to
do without much traffic, that’s why affiliate marketing programs
are perfect for new blogs. More so, they can be easily maintained
and only take very little time and effort on behalf of the
blogger.
Promoting
and Premium Content
Bloggers
who are service providers at the same time have an excellent
opportunity to look for clients and increase their rates.
Maintaining a blog that focuses on your area of expertise can help
you easily become a recognized authority in your field.
Furthermore, it can also aid potential clients in finding you. Your
blog can benefit from the increase in the demand of your services
and improved reputation that you build, which will enable you to
charge more for your services.
Aside
from promoting your services, selling your premium content is also
an excellent way to profit from your blog. Blogs are a massive
source of information and remember that not everything has to be
FREE. There are bloggers and business that attained success
by selling some of their work. There are many blogs out there that
sell memberships to their Web sites. Although selling premium
content is possible in any field, you must have the capability to
give something to the reader that is worth paying
for.
