arthiritis and am a little gun shy when it comes to shaking hands
until I found out about the arthritis hand shake. Extend your hand
towards the person palm facing down, thumb pointing towards the
left, rather than up. They have to turn their hand to meet yours,
and cant exert as much strength when they shake your hand. Check
