When you haven't done exercise for a while but you need to start losing some weight, particularly in the thigh area, it can be extremely difficult to get motivated to start as the very thought of strenuous exercise is a little off putting to say the least. However, it doesn't need to be a case of full speed ahead as this lens highlights. Exercise can be started at very gently and increased over time, sure it will take a bit longer but it will get you on the road to obtaining those slim thighs you want.
