Healthy diets for weight loss should be the first choice for anyone
wanting to lose some weight compared to the many hyped up diet
plans out there. Too many people are sucked into the feeding frenzy
that surrounds many of these over hyped celebrity endorsed methods
of losing weight of which there have been hundreds. Unfortunately,
the poor unsuspecting dieter doesn't find out all is not as it
should be until it's too late forever stating, 'oh, that diet
