their input.
You can use surveys and questionnaires to do this, but the most
effective - and natural - way is to simply ask them questions.
Remember that your subscribers are real people and that they will
appreciate being treated as such. Ask them questions, respond to
their questions, in this way you will be building real
relationships and people who have a relationship with you are much
more likely to become your clients.
