I am a teacher of English in a junior high school and have taught for about 15 years. I thought I could do well enough in the test, but to my surprise and disappointment, neither my reading speed nor comprehension is satisfying. I'm home-schooling my daughter, (8th grade) her, "Of Places", Literature (A Beka Book)has a, "Check Your Speed", at the end of each story...her speed is not always good but her comprehension is always GREAT! I researched Speed Reading, found your site, tried it out for myself, I read, 277 WPM, 50% Comprehension, I guess not too bad considering I'm 41 and haven't been in school since 2002, where I completed several Career Enhancement Classes. I can't wait for my daughter to try your Reading & Comprehension Test. I think your site will help us both improve on our reading and comprehension skills.

Nice review. One of the reason why the kindle is still the leader is because it's net connection works internationally. Also the new battery life is a huge improvement.I thought it was worth sharing
