Why Need XHTML Validation?
The coming of the computers and the
internet technology has brought a big change in the business
scenario. All companies today have virtual presence. This is
because internet allows you reach an audience that is spread
across the globe in a short while. And to make a presence in the
internet, there is the need of a website. A website showcases the
background, market standing and the services and products of a
business house. It is not enough to have website. You also have
to promote it to your target audience so that they are aware of
your presence. To this purpose search engine optimization is
needed. Along with promotion another aspect is important for a
website and that is its visibility. When a web visitor visits
your website, he should be able to see all the graphics, content
and navigate through the links of your website. Other wise he
will navigate out and your website will be losing visitors. It is
here that XHTML validation is significant.
Validation XHTML stands for Extensible Hyper
Text Markup Language. It is a coding language that combines the
old and newer methods i.e. XML and HTML. It has been recognized
as the global standards for website coding, It will give your
sight te height of visibility.
Previously websites were coded with
HTML. Although effective, sites coded with it would not open in
all browsers. Many a times there are some coding errors in the
site that affect navigability. XHTML will spot and check such
errors immediately. Site coded with is language will open up in
all kinds of browsers quickly.
