In the
white village of Mijas takes place from June 8 to 10
a new edition of the more than consolidated International People´s
Festival. This multicultural celebration of Mijas, which had its
beginnings in 1989, was a pioneer in Spain and due to its success
was later copied by other municipalities. Mijas has been for
decades one of the most multicultural cities in the province, with
more than 100 nationalities living in this beautiful town on
the Costa del Sol.

For those
impatient cinema enthusiasts that are already wondering what film
to watch this weekend, here’s the list of the brand new films in
the main
cinemas in Malaga as from the following Friday 1st
of June, amongst which we highlight ‘Snow White & The Huntsman’
with Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth, a dark
version of the classic Snow White story, that will be available in
it's original version with Spanish subtitles and translated to

Lovers of
sports and the beach have a new appointment this Saturday, June 2
at the 6th edition of the sporting event
Iron People on the Beach, which
is held as every year on the beach Playamar in
Torremolinos from 9.30 am in the morning. During
this festive day there will take place a number of sports
activities such as volleyball and beach soccer, rugby, zumba dance,
aerobics, bouncy castles, children's playground and many other
activities right on the beach to go for a refreshing swim at all
times. The activities are suitable for all ages and last until the
late afternoon.
