Why Call It Affiliate KungFu?

I looked through everywhere and could not find why Mike Hersh gave his product this name. What I do know though is that a lot of these internet programs are named for some sort of weapons of assault – KungFu to me anyway is a bit of a nicer term than some of the others I’ve seen out there. KungFu is the ultimate martial art and focuses on using the opponents strength to mount resistance, to win the battle in the most non-violent way. I think Mike Hersh’s tactics as he outlines are composed of bits of strategies and tactics much like the KungFu artist.

Mike does not assault us with affiliate weapons, rather he teaches us in a clear concise way, a gentler way, how to make money online by selling other people’s products through Clickbank.
He outlines a path through his use of 26 videos and 4 bonus videos.
All of the videos and the bonuses are really great. I really like the rundown he provides of what’s in the videos and also how long the videos are – I like to know how long I’ll be watching. A lot of times you’ll look at these affiliate marketing products and you can’t really see what they are about but Mike gives a brief outline of every one.

Maybe in another article I’ll give you an outline of what’s in each one but for now I’ll just pick kind of general one that piqued my interest and leave the subject of the name for another day.
If you’re anything like me you don’t know how to do everything! You like to think you do but when you get right down to it – let’s just say it can be very humbling. Well there are a couple of videos in there that actually show me how to do a couple things I didn’t know how to do – press releases and creating Squidoo Lenses.

Let me first say that I have previewed and used the product so I’m not just preaching about some product I don’t know anything about.

I’ve divided Affiliate Kung Fu into two sections.

First there is a huge library of 26 training videos which are very clear and concise…and take about 30 minutes each to watch.

If you are completely new to internet marketing this product could be for you. If you are a “guru” or have been internet marketing for a long time there are still alot of internet tricks you may want to take advantage of using in your business.

Videos # 1 through 6 go through things everyone needs to know – a basic overview of the product, finding a niche, how to set up a Clickbank account, what to look for in a product, getting affiliate links and cloaking them. Some of this will be old hat to most but for many it is “need to know” information.

Videos #7 through 8 tell you how to set up a website “completely free”.

Videos # 9 through 25 are really about the best and most important things you need to know to make money online. These videos are about how to get TRAFFIC to your newly created money making website through social bookmarking, Yahoo, Squidoo, article marketing and writing etc..If you follow Mike’s steps you are more assured of making money on the internet than you would have been had you not purchased his product.

The product isn’t anything earth shattering but if you want something solid , a system to use so that you can start making money on line or make more money online then this is the product for you.

If you listen to the videos for the short amount of time it takes it will save you time in the long run and earn you money – and your time is money isn’t it?

The goal of Affiliate KungFu is to provide you with the training and support you need to begin, or even to propel your online business to a 6 figure income with multiple income streams through being an affiliate with Clickbank and other affiliate marketplaces.

When I say earning 6 figures a month is realistic then I mean it. But to get to these six figures a month will be difficult and you will have to work at it. To begin you might earn 4 figures a month and that would be great for someone just starting out.

There is just so much information in these 26 videos and in the four bonus products that I will go into detail a bit more later on in different posts.

Affiliate KungFu shows you how to make money using Clickbank as an example but you can use the techniques and tools for whatever services you use and to drive traffic to any website or niche.

The product will help you get started making money on the internet by following the exact system that Michael Hersh has followed. You won’t make a six figure income automatically but all the steps are laid out. You will have to do the work.

It’s just my opinion but I know that if you follow his plan you will make money with Affiliate KungFu.

How Long Will This Take – 26 Videos and 4 Bonuses?

Affiliate KungFu starts you off thinking, boy this is simple, I can do this, this was meant for me, Yippee. This first step he takes and walks you through Clickbank, what it is, how it works, how to read the numbers, pick products and sign up. Sounds not too bad. We’ve all filled out forms before, we know how to sign up for things.

Then it’s the second video, you think ok this is going to be a bit harder, I won’t know what to do now but here again, it is all laid out for you, all about how to write articles, professional articles that other people actually want to read! Not difficult yet. And it continues on and on through the 30 videos that are on average from about 15 minutes to 30 minutes each, some long, some short. All in all, about 5 hours worth…One good Saturday’s viewing.

I won’t bore you with the contents of each video – I did that on the cover of this blog but I will tell you that the simplicity, clarity and ability to follow Mike’s videos is what makes Affiliate KungFu one of the better affiliate marketing products out there.

Mike takes you from your first steps and walks you all the way down the road, until you have created a money making website that generates traffic and ultimately sells products. Most internet marketers if I must say are a bit of a different kettle of fish, they are a bit offhanded in the way they present their material, like salesmen but a bit more left wing. Mike is totally professional and able to get his message across, not just to those who are a little left wing themselves but to the everyday, ordinary person who wants to increase their cash flow and make money online.

What has Affiliate KungFu Got to Do With Traffic?

If we liken Affiliate Kung Fu to the quest of Caine in the TV Series KungFu we can see that the biggest obstacle and perhaps the pebble that sits in the hand of the Master in KungFu is, you guessed it – Traffic. You can have a million websites up and running, great content, brilliant ideas etcetera but if no one reads them you are finished in the affiliate business. You can say goodbye to dreams of making a six or seven figure income online.

These traffic strategies, tips and tricks alone are a goldmine! I’ve been watching the gurus online, a lot of them do their own work, but a lot of them hire it done for them too. The thing is you have to understand what the steps are to get the traffic, even if you’re not driving it to your website yourself. If you choose to hire out your traffic or you want to get traffic to your site by carrying out the steps yourself, you will benefit by watching these videos. You will be able to understand how it all works and to say at the end of your viewing “I get it!”

Affiliate KungFu – How it All Began

Mike Hersh started out probably the same way you and I did….just trying to learn how to make money online. When he finally found the one system that worked for him no matter when he used it, he wanted to help out his brothers and his friends to get out of debt.
