One can batch render without using the Maya interface by using bat
files. Is it possible to do the same with batch baking? If the
answer is yes, how can i do it?

I downloaded the 3DBuzz tutorials from the UDK tutorial web site
and was working through them. I finished a number of the Simple
Level tutorials but came to a place where I needed to load a
pre-built package, SimpleLevel_Complete.udk, and found that several
static meshes were listed as missing: ...

platformer ! ( and all the other tutorials here and all ) ive
finished the 3d platformer tutorials up to the end of the 'Enhanced
Character and Camera Control' and i have an issue of course, ive
checked the latest 20+ posts...

Is anyone else having problems with 3dbuzz forum, such as editing a
post. I click the button, it will come up with the text field to
edit, after editing I try to click save and it does nothing.
Clicking go advance or any of those buttons does nothing too. Any
ideas?

I've had a lot of people having issues with External packages and
the Level Package. First off let me say this; there is nothing
wrong with using external packages, or the Level package; you just
have to chose when to use either or. In the case of UDK 101, I made

I am having a problem with the cave part of the homework. I just
cant seem to spawn a character or a vehicle inside the cave. The
character has instant death, and the vehicle doesnt spawn at all.
Is anyone else having this issue? If so is there a work around?

Been encountering an issue when doing my homework that is a bit
irritating. I am using a Wacom tablet and I find that sometimes
instead of sculpting, the stylus wants to move my view around
instead. I figure I am missing a step somewhere that allows me to
"lock" the view or something similar? If...

Hi. I am having an issue display with some curves in maya's
perspective, edges look jagged and jiggles when I rotate around the
scene. The scene has 300m length and the unit size is set to
metrics, my video card is a GTX560 GS and drivers up to date. If
anyone knows how to fix this please help....

Hello, Sorry for the topic ... but there doesn't seem to be a
matchmoving/photogrammatry section: The last time I did matchmoving
was in 2005. I was able to get a pretty good lock on footage shot
in the dark using mini-DV. Super grainy, terrible footage. And I
used manual tracks. Fast...

Hay guys I’m working on the development team over at Frozen Sand
working on Urban Terror HD and one of our design ideal is to be
able to take an environment built entirely inside of 3ds max and
convert it to a map that can be loaded by our engine. Here is an
