This machine is ideal for people on the go, who don’t have a few spare hours to mix and kneed and bake a loaf of bread. It is a breeze to use, and offers so many options.

The Zojirushi BBCC X20 measures 19” long x 14” tall x 12” deep and weighs 21 pounds. It takes up some countertop space, but not enough to make cooking cramped or uncomfortable.

The top lid has a slanted-front design with a small viewing window. Inside, the bread maker has two powerful kneading blades and a large baking pan that accommodate a 2-pound loaf.
