Installed this on my CDMA TP running wm6.5 with not complications. It successfully reduces my idle discharge current from 61mA to 17mA. Will post with additional comments after some time.

What is the normal state for the processor? Do our devices have any built in processor/power scaling and your app is modifying the defaults? or is there no scaling at all built in?

There is scaling, but it is disabled on all CDMA phones. I believe it is enabled on the GSM Diamond. There is a signifcant performance impact with scaling enabled, according to posts about how it works on the TMobile G1 (Dream/Trout). I read something like 20-30% hit even at full load. Keep in mind the g1 runs at ~384 MHz as default. The normal state of the processor on all current generation Diamond/Touch Pros is 528MHz.

OK, how do you get rid of it? Seems a little unstable for me on the stock Sprint ROM. Once I came out of sleep (pressed the power button) and the screen was mirrored (reversed, like I was behind it. Then I had a conflict with Phoneweaver after a restart (not sure if this was the cause, but I track my problems with each program I install). So, remove program does not remove it and even reloading a previous backup did not.

if you're having problems uninstalling it, use dotfred task manager and stop the service NDC0: before uninstalling. I thought I had fixed the problem .. maybe I forgot to put in the setup DLL. I'll double check.

Don't use on the Treo Pro. Causes lock ups even though the processor is compatible.

I installed it on my Sprint Touch Pro. When I had it on the lowest setting it wouldn't come out of sleep once and I also notice my screen was inverted backwards once as well. It looked soo cool. Battery life is slightly better too.

Even on the second fastest speed (only one notch down from full speed), this causes massive problems with the phone app on the Treo Pro.
