The other day I was having a conversation about technology with my
wife Mimi. I figured I would chime in on the recent dinner party
debate, iPhone vs. Blackberry. Men seemed to be the general users
of the blackberry while women prefered the iPhone, even though I
know allot of guys who have iPhones. Mimi, my wife, agrees. The
iPhone seems to be very easy to use, is more fun and seems to be
more in keeping with a woman's every day running around.

Sometimes I am asked how I got interested in making and managing
money. I have discussed this topic with many other friends in Wall
Street and it seems we all had a knack for business at young ages.
Even though, technically, my resume starts at Yale, I did have many
previous so called "careers". At the age of 12 I became a candy
trader.

My wife and I, as parents of 5, like to incorporate education into
everything. Living in Florida, we are on vacation year round, at
least we have access to special activities that others travel
hundreds of miles to encounter. Clearwater is one of Florida's most
beautiful northern beaches and is where we spent most weekends when
the kids were younger. "Turtle Season" was the favorite season to
all of us. Seeing the turtle areas ripped off they always asked us
questions about the turtles. So I decided to share some of my
favorite turtle facts they can pass on to their kids.

I thought I would give my friends an update on my oldest son,
Nathan. Hours he'll spend lunging, bathing & brushing his horse
along with riding it around the ring.

Our family and friends all know that my wife Mimi and I really love
tennis. We are now recommending McMullen lessons to everyone
because I know anyone will get the same results from Chall Tennis
Academy

Here is a little story about one of my friends that I was fortunate
enough to be able to help out in this time of economic trouble. I
hope you are as touched by this story as I was to be a part of it.
It is not about any of the charities I have done work for but how I
was able to help one of my friends get back in the game.

Here is a great article about how Ron Pollack contributed to a
wonderful September 11th Fund. He not only contributed his time and
dedication to this great foundation but also helped head it all
together. With his investment and financial knowledge he was able
to help this charity excel and flourish far beyond the expected
goals. He pours his heart into what ever project he is currently
working on and fortunately he works with several charitable
organizations. This is a determined man who is known for making
extraordinary things happen.
