Well, what a great day. It was the first time where it
wasn't raining on me while running. I found my big toe was
hurting a bit too much with the ankle brace on, and I really
haven't felt any ankle pain since Tuesday, so I said "Eh, why not!"
and braved the run with no brace. I was amazed that as long
as I stayed at my slow pace, there was no pain at all.
However, If I started a pace of

The McDavid Ankle Brace # 195 is EXACTLY what I was looking
for. It is esentially a VERY SLIM "Boot" that goes around
your heel and ankle and provides amazing support. Think of it
like a slimmed down, more flexible, version of a hockey
skate. You lace it up (Starting in the middle of your foot
and ending above your ankle. It then has three straps.
Two of them go over and under your foot and

We have often talked about the colorful character know as "The
Dr." on Remember Whens-days. As you know, many have
questioned why this man wears an athletic supporter every day of
his life even though he hasn't done a physical activity since the
invention of the internet. Some people say that it is "Good
prior planning for the inevitable" and others say it is "Total
stupidity". Whichever side

Yesterday I ran 4.5 miles with little discomfort and absolutely
no pain afterwards. On Tuesday morning I did the exact same
jog, however this time I noticed a little more pain during the run,
and for the rest of the day it hurt to walk. It didn't hurt a
lot (Maybe a 2 on the 1-10 scale), but enough to take notice of the
fact that I need to take a break. Unfortunately, while the

I am back to running for the first time in a solid month!
This had been the longest I had gone without running in about three
solid years! My ankle felt not perfect and my mile pace was
slow, even for me (Around 14:00), however after a little bit of
discomfort for the first .25 miles, I found a (slow) rhythm and was
able to run double the amount I had originally intended. I
thought I would be

There are many ways to annoy people in the world, or
upset/offend them very effectively. I'm all for each and
every one of those ways. However, there are adults, real
adults, that refer to other adults as "Sunshines" or
"Sunshine". These people think it is uplifting to do
something like this. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DELUSIONAL! This is
obnoxious. How can someone grow up to being in their 20's,

As we know it has been 29 days since my big ankle injury and I
haven't exercised a day since then in order to make sure I am
completely healed. I have currently gained a whopping 25 lbs
in that amount of time (Averaging a lb a day almost!). I feel
that my ankle has sufficiently healed and I can begin my training
to beat Chef Porky in the Big Vegas half Marathon on December 4th.
I played

Many of you I'm sure recall my top 5 low calorie drinks article
a few months ago. I reviewed what the absolute best
(Non-carbonated) beverages are. Since that time I have been
ever vigilant in trying out new flavors of low calorie (Less than
50 calories per bottle) drinks. I came across Fuze drinks which all
don't taste that bad, but one in particular has fast become one of
my favorites, even

Currently we can't reveal too much but my foot pain is
practically non-existent at this point. It's been 4 weeks
since the incident and I'm hoping next Monday 9/5/11 to start up
running again. I will, of course, not be going straight back
to 8 miles a day, but will be building up to it. Hopefully by
October I will be at the correct amount. Not too much to talk about
right now, I'm just

It was over two months in the making! Everyone was
excited to be participating in this event and at one point we had
as many as 15 people committed to participating in this 24 hour
game of paintball. Enter Hurricane Irene...one at a time
everyone got scared of what was destined to be a tropical
storm. It ended up with only three people braving the storm
and going out. Myself, of course, The

The year was 1996. I had won the coveted position of
Student Government Association (SGA) Secretary in my high
school. I won this in true classic fashion. I went
against a jock and a popular girl that perfectly split the vote of
the in crowd, while the nerd contingent was solidly behind me and
provided a landslide victory. Every member of the SGA was tasked
with reading the morning

It's about to be that part of the year again where every Monday
everyone talks about the "Big Game" the day before. I am all
for people enjoying sports or enjoying anything else for that
matter that is legal and doesn't personally inconvenience me.
I don't begrudge people for liking football any more than I
begrudge people for liking the color tan over teal. It's all
about preference and what

We'll get straight into the Q & A today for people that
have never played paintball before what they can expect and some of
the questions they might have. No one wants to be a noob
whether in a video game or IRL. As a result here are some
important things to know. Q: Is it ok to rent goggles at the
paintball field or should I buy my own...goggles are goggles right?
A: You should absolutely

It's been a while since we've gotten one worth mentioning,
however, when I saw "Exercises to encourage poop" I couldn't help
but post about it. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? At this point,
I can kind of understand any search term that has the word "poop"
in it has a good chance of "Sticking" to us here at
NerdExercises.com. I don't blame the Google algorithm of
this, I blame the people that ask these
