Microsoft said at the time that they had 8220determined that a
thirdparty solution is configured in a manner that potentially
causes larger than expected data downloads8221 and told users that

forward a few weeks and it turns out that the third party is in
fact Yahoo Mail who apparently caused the data ructions due to an
inefficiency in synchronizing Yahoo Mail with Windows Phone 7.
