12 years was how long I suffered with acne. That's a long time to
have your self esteem shot and always be insecure about how you
look. I bet a lot of you reading this article can agree with that.
I have tried every drug, cream, and 'miracle cure' on the market
with little to no success until I stumbled upon a few e-books that
completely changed how I looked at acne.
The general consensus among doctors and dermatologists is that to
cure acne you need to just treat the symptoms. That means
slathering harmful creams all over your face and body, and taking
harmful drugs such as Anti-biotics and Accutane that have massive
side effects. This is not healthy, nor does it even work. The real
way to cure acne is to treat the root cause and destroy it from the
inside.
Whatever you put in your body affects you in some way. Depending on
your genetics, it may cause acne, obesity, diabetes, and numerous
other diseases. This is why your friends may be able to eat
whatever they want and have flawless skin while you cannot. This is
proven, despite what dermatologists might tell you. You need to
change your diet, first and foremost, and a few other things to get
rid of acne. After 12 years I can tell you that THIS WORKS.
There are also a few key supplements that help your body get the
proper nutrients to help combat acne. They are all natural, and
inexpensive. Along with diet and supplementation, getting some
sunlight and exercise absolutely helps control and even cure acne
if you have the determination to do so. It takes a little bit of
work, but NOTHING comes without a little effort. Trust me.
Simply avoid disaster foods such as vegetable oil and others,
supplement with high quality nutrients, get some sunlight, avoid
stress, and exercise and your acne will be gone in no time. It only
took me 3 weeks to see a 90% improvement. Check out my blog for
detailed information on how to cure acne for good. Take control of
your health today and free yourself from this ugly disease.
My name is Chase Michaels, and I have suffered for over 12 years
with acne (this includes blackheads and MASSIVE cystic acne on my
back and chest.) My goal is to find the safest and most natural
ways to destroy this disease once and for all. Please check out my
blog for information on how I finally got clear after 12 painful
years.

We are always told not to pop, squeeze or even touch them but what
can one do to really get rid of them? We always get bombarded by
thousands of advertisements of creams and lotions which claim they
can help us get rid of acne but do they really work? Well some do
and some don't but do you know that you can naturally get rid of
acne overnight without using any of these cosmetic products? Read
on to discover some of the most stunning tips on how to cure acne
overnight and achieve earth shattering results fast........
First wash your face properly- You must always cleanse your face
thoroughly before you start doing anything. For this purpose you
must use a good face wash preferably the one's sold in the market
which specifically help you get rid of acne. Once your face is
clean dry it with a clean towel and get ready.
Here is the secret- Get a toothpaste and apply a bit of it only on
the acne affected area and not the whole face. The one big mistake
most people make is that they apply toothpaste on their whole face
which causes a lot of irritation and redness of the skin. Only
apply it on the affected area and don't overdo it. Leave it on for
some time then wash off with Luke warm water. You must always use a
normal white toothpaste and not a gel based toothpaste as that can
cause harm.
This is not for sensitive skin- If you have a highly sensitive skin
then this solution is not meant for you. If you are not sure about
it then you must test it out by applying very tiny amount and see
it's results. If it burns too much then your skin is sensitive.
What you don't know yet- I know that what I am about to reveal to
you can be almost impossible to believe. But it is 100% truth! Do
you know what you can cure any sort of acne within 3 days? Seems
impossible right? Well see for yourself follow this link-

Acne can just be one of the most annoying things, rather a disease
that anybody will get mad upon and especially if they are
teenagers. This calls for an acne cure. The discussion below gives
a brief overview of different do's and don'ts that can help you to
avoid Acne and related expensive acne cures.
There are various acne treatments available and each one of them
may work or may not work. However, narrowing down on the best acne
treatment will be an act of hardcore foolishness. This is because
requirements vary from person to person. Some may be affected by
mild acne and the others can be affected by severe Acne. People
with a form of mild acne will have easier and simpler treatments
and the severe ones will require some very special cure.
They may require some proper advice from medical experts
(dermatologists) and proper medication is also required at times.
This is because the severe Acnes will be inflammatory and leave
scars which can be permanent. Natural and home treatments for Acne
can be termed as best by some people and some can be the advocates
of costly and commercial medicines.
In short it is difficult to say which one is the best acne
treatment. Let us have a look at some of the natural Acne cures.
Remember, a proper food habit is also required to eliminate and
avoid acne.
- Apply honey on the skin. Minor acne can be removed by the anti
bacterial properties of honey.
Apply honey on the acne and then rinse it off with fresh water
after some time.
- Keep hair off the face. You hair has some oils which act as
toxins for the skin and can trigger off acne issues.
- Avoiding make ups and if you really have to, then use some which
are water based. This is because make ups have some harmful
chemical which can be the cause of Acne outbreak.
- Drinking water is very essential. But, drinking proper amount of
water is even more essential. This is because water is responsible
for washing away the harmful toxins from the body.
Drinking at least 3 liters of water in the course of every day
regularly will help wash away the harmful toxins and prevent the
outbreak of acne.
- Try not to "pop the zit". Squeezing acne produces sebum which in
turn spreads and increases it. Squeezing also has another affect.
When pimples are squeezed, the membrane under the skin is disrupted
and the sebum gets open passage to spread. This increases the
acne.
Prevention of acne is better than curing it. It is better to treat
it during the onset of the condition, instead of dealing with it at
its extreme stages. As the saying goes right - "The sooner the
diagnosis and treatment, the shorter the healing period".

layers, allowing it to heal.
Aloe Vera Can Help
You will also find that Aloe Vera can be used as an acne scars cure
as well. No doubt you have heard how well Aloe Vera works for a
variety of skin issues, and it can help you to get rid of acne
scars as well.
It is an all natural treatment that won't cause any negative side
effects, and it is a wonderful way that you can work on removing
those scars. All you have to do is apply it to your scars once or
twice a day and let it do its' work.
Try Using Lemon
Yes, lemon works as an acne scars cure as well. Lemon has been used
for years to help with healing and cleansing for the body.
If you want to try and eliminate those acne scars, just start
applying some lemon juice on the scars that you have. Of course
make sure you wash and cleanse your face first, and then dab on a
bit of lemon juice.
Over the Counter Acne Scar Removal Products
You'll also find that there are a variety of different over the
counter options available when it comes to an acne scars cure.
There are many great products out there that are relatively
inexpensive.
However, before you try them, do your research, read some reviews,
and find out how these treatments have worked for other people who
have used them.
These are just a few ideas to help you out if you're looking for an
acne scars cure. You don't have to live with those acne scars for
ever. So, consider using one of these cure options to help you get
rid of them for good.

Acne home remedies are arguably the best ways to get rid of pimples
and blackheads and cure our acne condition. Many people have tried
using acne medications and creams that can be bought over the
counter or prescribed by the local pharmacy or clinic, but often
find themselves stuck in a repeat scenario of acne recurrence after
a short while. This should not be a surprise to us since most
over-the-counter acne creams or medications are not curative like
acne home remedies, but palliative in nature meaning they focus on
treating the symptoms more than the skin condition.
Here are some acne home remedies that have been tested over time
and proven to work well against persistent acne problems. Diet and
topical medication play key roles in curing acne.
1. Go on a full fruit fast for at least a week and consume only
fresh fruits like grapefruit, pineapples, pears, apples, mango,
apricot, olive, papaya, etc. Stick to non-citrus fruits. You can
choose to incorporate this one week fruit fast into your diet and
repeat this monthly. It would cleanse your body system and improve
your overall health on top of your acne problems.
2. Green vegetables are exceptionally helpful. Vegetables such as
celery, seaweeds, broccoli and green pepper are good at detoxifying
our bodies, and can improve our skin condition dramatically. Eat at
least 5 servings of vegetables daily. Watercress helps to prevent
mineral deficiencies in our body and skin and is a rich source of
vitamins.
3. Avoid dairy products such as ice cream, margarine, milk and
cheese because of its fat content. The same goes for junk food and
carbonated drinks.
4. If you have to eat meat, cold water ocean fish such as salmon,
cod or sardines, and poultry can be consumed. But the preparation
method is important. They must not be fried.
5. Wash the affected acne spots with warm water twice and mild
calendula or castile soup. Alternate the washing with cold
applications.
6. Applying ice directly on the acne lesions would reduce the
swelling. It is one of the oldest practices among acne home
remedies.
7. Applying topical sulphur ointment (3 to 10%) is an effective
acne home remedy in suppressing acne.
8. Tea tree oil can be applied directly to acne lesions because of
its antibiotic nature.
9. Having Epsom salt baths twice in a week is yet another effective
acne home remedy. Prepare a bath of about 50 litres of warm water
and 1 kg of Epsom salts. Dip into the bath and wash thoroughly for
about half an hour.
10. Applying toothpaste on your acne lesion would reduce the
swelling while you sleep. This is one of the most simple and
popular acne home remedies.

If you have acne you are probably wondering what the best ways of
going about beating it are. Chances are you have tried a whole
bunch of mainstream products such as Clean and Clear that cost
obscene amounts of money and offer little hope to those suffering
from the depressing and frustrating skin condition known as acne.
No matter what type of acne you have or where on your body it is
located, there are ways you can cure it without ever setting foot
in the skin products section of your local drugstore or grocery
store. Acne sufferers know that vicious cycle all too well. Buy the
expensive product, go home, try it out only to be disappointed in a
couple weeks. There are indeed fast home remedies for acne
available to you.
First let's examine what might be causing you acne, because once
you know what causes it, that is half the battle. Most often acne
is caused when excess amounts of oils enter the skin pores and they
become clogged. It's healthy for you skin to retain a certain
amount of oil, but when it becomes too much for your pores to
handle, acne appears. Another reason for acne might be a hormonal
imbalance within the body, which usually occurs during pregnancy
and puberty when hormone levels are most imbalanced and out of
whack. Poor hygiene and
diet can also effect your skin, despite what
some may say. By eating a nutritious diet you are doing a favor for
both your skin and body.
Now let's look at some quick home remedies. There is always baking
soda which works good mixed with water. This acts just like a scrub
that you might purchase in the store, but it is less expensive and
probably already in your kitchen. Just mix it with some water and
apply it to the effected areas, letting it sit for about 30 seconds
or so. You can also apply ice to the effected areas. The ice
doesn't so much get rid of the acne itself as it does reduce
swelling which can be a major problem for some and a huge relief
once it is gone. Research home remedies more and find out which
ones work for you.
Despite the great things people say about some of these products, I
have found that most fast home remedies for acne simply did not
work for me, and neither did any other acne treatments.
But after years of struggling to get rid of my acne, I finally
found something that was able to almost completely cure my acne in
less than a week.

Acne home remedies are gaining popularity in recent years and this
momentum is not about to stop. But before we talk about these acne
home remedies, let us go through some factors and substances we
should try to avoid so that we get the optimum results.
Things to Avoid
1. Greasy Cosmetics
Greasy cosmetics contain agents that may change the follicle cells
and cause augmentation. When that happens, sebum cannot escape and
as it builds up in the skin pores, blackheads, whiteheads and acne
result.
2. Certain Drugs
If you know you are sensitive and susceptible to acne outbreaks,
avoid taking prescription or over-the-counter drugs that contain
androgens, barbiturates and lithium. Some substances interact with
one another and develop acne as a symptom. When you taking drugs
containing stanozolol, avoid mixing with medications containing any
of these such as flunisolide, aerobid, aerobid-M, nasalide and
bronalide.
3. Rough Skin Handling
Treat your skin with care when washing and shaving. Try not to
scratch or squeeze your pimples.
4. Excessive Exposure to Sunlight and Pollutants
Avoid excessive sunlight and exposure to pollutants. Spend more
time indoors than outdoors. Over dosage of sunlight would hurt our
skin complexion.
5. Contact Pressure
This refers to the contact pressure between our skin and clothes or
head gear we wear such as sports headgear, tight clothings etc.
Effective Acne Home Remedies
1. Grind fresh fenugreek leaves into a paste and apply it over your
face every night for 15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm
water. This is a secret formula for clear skin.
2. Go to the supermarket and get hold of some strawberry leaves.
Strawberry leaves are good alkaline. Apply them on the acne spots
to suppress swelling.
3. Lemons are great as acne home remedies. There are a few uses for
it. You can either use the lemon skin to massage your face or mix
the juice with rose water before application on your face. Do this
for 30 minutes daily and you should be able to see a marked
improvement in your skin complexion.
4. Garlic is one of the best acne home remedies in the world. If
you can overcome the odour, apply ground or pounded garlic on your
face 2 times daily. It would work wonders on your acne.
5. Eat the oranges but leave the skin or peels behind. Grind them
into a paste and apply them on the affected acne spots.

Acne home remedies are true blue killers of acne. The concept of
acne home remedies is based on adopting a curative approach towards
treating acne. This means that acne home remedies are intended to
cure acne rather than just treating the symptoms itself like what
many of the over-the-counter or prescription medications do. Home
remedies for acne are prepared using natural remedies and solutions
so that the healing takes place from within our body system to
effect complete healing. Discover more about acne causes and some
simple acne home remedies you can start using today to help fight
acne.
Acne is an inflammatory skin condition where sebaceous glands are
most active and numerous. Acne can develop on the face, neck, back,
arms and chest and affects 8 out of 10 teenagers to some
degree. There are many reasons that have been
linked to the occurrences of acne outbreaks. Common reasons
include:
1. Puberty
Androgenic hormones eg testerones increase sebaceous gland
activity, ie producing more sebum or oil resulting in blocked
pores.
2. Diet
Excessive consumption of saturated fat, dairy products, protein,
fried foods, carbonated drinks and lack of green vegetables in our
diet can increase the risk of acne.
3. Nutritional Deficiencies
Nutritional deficiencies such as a lack in zinc and essential
vitamins put one at higher risk of suffering from acne.
4. Poor Hygiene
Poor hygiene and unclean treatment of our skin can also lead to
acne problems.
Acne home remedies seek to deal with some of the common causes of
acne such as diet and nutritional deficiencies. The following are a
few easy acne home remedies:
1. Non-Citrus All Fruit Acne Diet
By observing a non-citrus all-fruit diet for at least a week, it
can cleanse our body of harmful toxins that could encourage the
development of acne. Remember to consume only non-citrus fruits
such as apricot, avocado, banana, cherry, damson, date, fig, grape,
guava, kiwi fruit, mango, melon, nectarine, olive, papaya, passion
fruit, peach, pear, pineapple, plum, pomegranate, quince,
strawberry, watermelon and coconut.
2. Non-Saturated Fat Acne Diet
Remove saturated fats from your diet. Saturated fats are normally
found in foods from animals such as cream, ice cream, whole milk,
whole milk cheese, butter, lard and meats, and plant oils such as
palm, coconut oils and cocoa butter. Diary products are one huge
source of saturated fats and should be avoided at all costs. Try to
include salads, cooked vegetables, seaweed, seeds and nuts, whole
grains, beans and tofu in your meals.
3. Therapeutic Agents
Daily intake of therapeutic agents such as vitamins and zinc are
effective against acne. Vitamin A and zinc help to regulate the
sebaceous gland’s production of sebum, the root cause of acne.
Other vitamins may have antibiotic properties to cure acne.

Modern science has yet to find a total cure for the age-old problem
called Acne. Our society's obsession with beauty has created a
market that has capitalized on this acne problem with a plethora of
paste, gels and soaps, each claiming to finally clear your skin of
this blight, but home remedies abound as well.
If you feel that commercial acne remedies are too harsh on your
skin there are several home remedies that you can try. The
following are some of these home remedies that people swear by.
These are not sure-cures to acne and have not been scientifically
proven or tested. You can try these treatments at your own
discretion and risk.
Prevention methods:
. You can apply a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves to the
concerned area every night. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and wash
with warm water.
. Create a paste using cucumber. Apply as a mask and leave it on
for 1-1/2 hours. Rinse.
. Create a paste using 1 tsp groundnut oil with 1 tsp fresh lime
juice. Smear on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Wash.
. Wash your face with a warm salty water solution, twice a day. Pat
dry.
. Massage the face with the skin of a lemon before washing with
lukewarm water.
To reduce swellings:
. Apply toothpaste on the affected area overnight, making sure to
use paste and not gel toothpaste.
. Place strawberry leaves on the affected area to allow the
alkalinity reduce the swelling.
. Apply the juice of raw papaya, including the skin and seeds, on
the affected area.
. Mix juice of one lemon with equal parts rose water. Apply the
mixture on the affected area and leave it on for about half an
hour. Wash face with fresh water. Repeat for 15 days.
Acne Treatments:
. Apply the juice of fresh mint on the face every night.
. Mix together 2-3 tsp dried basil leaves and a cup of boiling
water. Steep for 10-20 minutes then let it cool. Apply using cotton
balls on the affected area.
. Create a paste using ground orange peels and some water. Apply to
the affected area.
. Apply aloe vera extract on the affected area to speed up
healing.
You have to understand that acne is caused by oily secretions
called sebum getting trapped under the skin in a canal called a
follicle. The follicle is a narrow space that runs from the oil
glands to the skin pores on the surface of your skin. Hair also
grows out through the follicle and when hair and sebum are trapped
in a clogged follicle, this allows bacteria to grow. It is these
bacteria that cause swelling and redness. So, a lot of the
commercial treatments are based on an anti-bacterial active
ingredient.
If you look closely at the ingredients in most of the recipe above,
a lot of them also have anti-bacterial properties but coming from
natural sources. However, all the remedies mentioned above and even
commercial products needs time to work so have patience and
continuously apply the treatment. If all else fails, one rule
prevails - never pop your pimple.

Acne or a pimple, is a skin breakout that occurs to anybody
regardless of age or sex. Generally, this happens as a result of
the overproduction of the oily substance called sebum.
Thus, acne develops out of the excessive oil production and
eventually it clogs the pores. Naturally, this irritating and
unsightly condition is addressed by the affected individuals,
however only a few of them manage to apply herbal remedies for
acne. Chronic forms of acne may occur over the shoulders, the back
and chest as well as face and neck.
What Factors Are Responsible For The Development Of Acne
Some skin experts say the health of skin has something to do with
the conditions of our internal organs and the health of our anatomy
is based or dependent on the food or minerals we put in them. In
this effect, acne is looked upon as a condition formed by the toxin
and heat produced by internal organs, most specially our liver and
lungs.
Thus, our systems should always be clean of all impurities, and
this is where the herbal remedies for acne come in. Since some
believe that acne is not some form of disease because acne can be
avoided and treated, the treatment for this condition can be found
in plants, or the foods that we eat. Diet is not solely responsible
for acne, however certain foods may produce this condition,
especially in some patients. Rich foods like chocolate, nuts, soft
drinks, fatty meals and increased sugar, may produce this
condition.
Certain drugs such as those containing bromides and iodides may
also produce acne in some patients. Some girls also develop pimples
before menstruation, and these usually remain for only one or two
days. When acne remains for months or years, something drastic needs
to be done to treat the condition. Stress due to family troubles
and other factors may also play a major role in the development of
this condition.
Herbal Treatments For Acne
Some natural remedies that help in the treatment of acne are fruits
and vegetables, however above all these these plants, there are
herbs that are found to be effective in curing acne such as
lavender, calendula, goldenseal, tea tree oil, walnut leaf,
rosewater, witch hazel and Echinacea. Herbs like aloe vera, tea
tree oil, neem and lemon juice are a few of some of the herbs that
have have been tested to be effective in the treatment of acne.
Honey and cinnamon applied on the affected area also has yielded
positive results. However, these herbal treatments cannot function
well if they are not supported by sufficient water intake since the
herbal treatments are meant to flush out the toxins by allowing the
harmful elements to exit the body through the the various secretion
processes.
A simple way to prevent acne is to keep the skin clean by washing
two or three times a day with fresh water. In addition, applying
warm moist towels to the face for ten or fifteen minutes also
helps. If pus has formed under the skin, do not open the pimple
until it is ready to drain. Squeezing and pinching of the skin may
exacerbate the inflammation and delay healing, and may also cause
scarring of the face.

Almost every herb has some medicinal application, and there are
many roots and herbs that are useful in treating acne. Herbs can be
used to treat acne both internally and externally, and some
combination of the two will be the most effective in clearing your
skin.
Cleaver leaves and burdock leaves will help to clear acne when
taken internally. To do this, crush the leaves and place them in an
infuser, or a seeping ball (metal mesh ball used for infusing loose
teas).
If you do not have an infuser or a seeping ball, you can snip the
toe off a new pair of pantyhose, rinse well with water, and place
leaves inside. Tie off the top, and you have a teabag. Boil in
water to infuse. Sweeten tea with honey, not sugar, as sugar
irritates acne while honey, a natural antibiotic, can help acne
clear.
Several herbal essential oils are useful in treating acne
topically. One part lavender oil can be diluted with 10 parts
water, rosewater, or witch hazel. Lavender is especially helpful in
reducing redness and soothing the skin.
The affected area can be rubbed with a cut clove of garlic. This
will help the skin clear rapidly. To eliminate the unpleasant odor,
soak cut clove in milk for half an hour before application.
Tea tree oil is also extremely effective, and can be found in most
health food stores. Dilute in the same manner as the lavender oil,
or one drop to the lavender mixture to kill bacteria and cleanse
the skin.
To moisturize and treat acne, soak cabbage leaves in witch hazel,
then strain leaves. Mix them with two drops of lemon oil and apply
to skin as a lotion.

Acne is undeniably the most universal of maladies which
demographically affect all segments regardless of sex and age -
categorically Acne could well be known to affect the teenagers and
the young adults more than those in their fourth or fifth decade of
life.
It is scarcely amazing that most want a cure but few want the side
effects or have the predilection to spend large sums of money for
the cure! The wonder mantra then - none other than the new buzzword
in the realm of Acne affected - the Herbal Acne Remedy!
Options
The herbal Acne remedy then is inarguably the pick of options
considering that it is both safe and effective and has the
incomparable advantage of being effective in all skin types!
The Herbal Acne remedy treatment plan would well inculcate some or
most of these modalities:
- Diet
Diet is critical for an effective control of Acne and would well
need to be both balanced and fortified - the fortification being
best attained by the presence of a wide range of minerals and
sulfurs in addition to vitamins of the likes of Vitamins B, B
Complex, C and E.
- Fluids
The intake of fluids is critical and the more discerning would
ensure that the intake of water is in plenty and adequate at all
times of times for it helps 'detoxify' the system and there could
scarcely be a Acne Herbal remedy without the detoxification!
- Skin Cleaning
Skin cleaning is evidently the cornerstone of any Acne remedy - so
frequent washing of the face with water and keeping the skin clean
with the aid of moisturizers and creams could well be considered as
the order of the day.
Conversely this could well aggravate the condition when the
procedure is overdone or an inappropriate mix of products is used!
The preferred options is to pick and choose from among a range -
the optimal being Herbal cleaners - which should always be so
selected as to ensure that they are gentle to the skin!
- Herbal Acne Remedy Products
Acne being intricately linked to skin toxicity - the pick of
options is Herbal Acne Remedy products which help reduce skin

So your having a tough time fighting your acne whether it be on
your face, neck, chest, back or any other place with store bought
creams and ointments. They all claim to work but the facts are that
they may clog your pores just like facial make ups do and will not
cleanse your pores of toxins and impurities as
they say. Here are 8 proven ways of treating your acne without
buying the creams and ointments that claim to help but do not
really.
1. Basil can be picked up at your local grocery store in powders
and leaves. This substance has been proven to kill bacteria on the
skins surface. To use Basil as an acne cure place the leaves of the
Basil plant on the skins surface directly and compress. This can
keep the skin from forming blackheads and whiteheads. Also you can
boil the leaves in water for 5 to 10 minutes to extract the healing
oils from the leaves. Once you have the oils drained out of the
leaves dip a wash cloth into the oils and place on the infected
areas of the skin.
2. Garlic can be taken 2 to 3 times a day in which will cleanse the
skin of toxins and impurities. Also rubbing raw garlic onto the
infected area can resolve acne.
3. Calendula is a great herbal treatment for the skin. This plant
is also known as Marigold but is not actually the true Marigold. To
use wash your face with teas made from the flower or digest
Calendula orally.
4. Yellow Dock is an herb that purifies the blood stream. It
contains a compound called anthraquinone glycosides that stimulates
the bile production in the blood and cleanses the liver. Scientists
have proven if taken over long periods of time that Yellow Dock can
cure improve acne for a lifetime. If you have had any problems with
kidney stones though do not take Yellow Dock as they will
worsen.
5. Dandelion is a leading remedy to detox the liver. It helps
digest the fats and flow of bile to the liver. With a cleansed
liver this can also reveal cleansed skin. Take dandelion for 4-6
weeks to cleanse the liver completely and reveal your new cleansed
acne free skin.
These are just some of the herbal remedies in which can cleanse
your skin and other organs that can cause you have to have
breakouts of acne. Each one of these herbal remedies are cheaper
than most of the products in which you can buy off store shelves
and will have a better effect on the skin that man made

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a magic pill that squelches the burden
of acne altogether? Well, there isn’t any that I am aware of.
However, there are a number of acne formulas. For example, what do
you know about acne herbal remedies?
Have you ever given acne herbal remedies a shot? Maybe something
different from that Clearasil in your medicine cabinet would do you
good. After all, how well is that topical cream from the drugstore
even working? Does it actually heal and get rid of a nasty pimple
in no time at all? Or, does it merely mask the problem and
eventually dry out your face? That is always a common dilemma with
basic acne problems.
Unlike many of the acne herbal remedies, the drugstore creams,
gels, and face washes can be harsh for your delicate face. They
remove most of the dirt and oil from your face and leave it dry and
tight. This can lead to more breakouts, if the pores close and
still have bacteria, oil, and dirt deep down.
Acne herbal remedies are gentler on your skin and face.
Are you in the market for some quality acne herbal remedies? Maybe
this is the route you should be choosing. Think about it for a
moment. How many drugstore acne treatments that don’t work have you
already gone through, and found little to no results, probably
quite a few?
Finding an acne herbal remedy for your outbreaks of pimples isn’t
that hard to do. The trick is getting one that works for your
specific type of acne outbreaks and is natural. Don’t get
discouraged about it, you can have clear and healthy skin, it will
just take a little experimentation and patience.
There are several types of treatments for blemishes and using them
isn’t all that hard. One treatment for blackheads is a wash of lime
and milk. All you have to do is bring the milk to a gentle boil,
and then add the juice from one lime. Then wash your face with this
combination after it cools down enough so it does not burn your
face.
Another acne herbal remedy is to use an astringent for a deep
cleaning of your pores. At your local grocery store buy a leafy
mango. Boil it in some water, and then rub it, after it cools, on
your face. If your case of pimples isn’t too severe you can just
leave the mango to soak overnight. It’s an acne natural cure that
will clean your pores thoroughly.
Something that you probably eat everyday in some form is good for
your skin as well. A raw potato is an ideal acne remedy, especially
for whiteheads. The vitamin C gives your skin a healthy glow, and
its alkaline gets rid of the bacteria on your face. The potato has
an acid in it too that scrubs away dead or dying skin cells on your
face, which works as an acne natural cure.
Finally, remember that acne herbal remedies might leave your skin a
little parched for moisture at times during treatments. A good way
to re-hydrate your skin after using an acne herbal remedy is to use
Almond Oil or Jojoba oil.
If you’ve tried every over the counter medication for it and it’s
just not working, than you might want to use an acne herbal remedy.
You can find a treatment solution in an herbal remedy, but take
your time, and find out what works for you.
