Would a special k diet plan work with the replacement of honey nut cheerios or no? And would I lose a lot of weight if I followed the special k diet (1 cup of cereal with 2/3 cup of 2% milk and small fruit for breakfast and lunch and then for dinner maybe a turkey and swiss cheese sandwich on wheat with a small amount of mayo and a small fruit) and water allll day. And of course cardio 30 mins a day twice a day.

Answer by JesseI”m not relaly fond of the special k diet because you are only really limited to their foods. You don’t get much variety except for dinner.
The cardio 30 minutes is great, and the replacement of honey nut cheerios will be fine. you can loose a lot of weight, but that depents on your current weight and size. I suggest trying to work together a diet which you will maintin throughout your life. Instead of just the special k diet. Because, i’m sure special k isn’t something you want to eat your whole life. To keep the weight off, you’re going to have to maintain your diet.

A) Calculate vr, the speed of the ball when it leaves the launching ramp.

B) With what speed will the ball hit the floor?

K-cups as rat toys….?

My husband uses K-cups for the Kuerig coffee machine and they just pile up in the trash. The company is working on a way to recycle them, but because of the heat the plastic has to endure during brewing the plastic they use can’t be recycled. But what about making rat toys out of them? My rats have chewed up the edges of the plastic pan for there cage flooring and also a plastic food dish and haven’t had any adverse effects, so why couldn’t the K-cups be cleaned out and hung around the cage or just something for them to carry around? At least the K-cups would be making themselves useful a second time. Let me know your NICE thoughts on this idea. Thanks.

Answer by AzaylesI certainly wouldn’t recommend plastic drinks cups for two reasons: There will be sharp edges present when the rats chew the plastic apart, and also small shreds of the plastic can get lodged in their throats.
