Primedia, which helps people find apartments, houses for rent or new homes for sale through websites, mobile and print publications, this morning said it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates of private investment firm TPG Capital. Under the terms of the agreement, holders of the outstanding common shares of Primedia will receive $7.10 per share in cash, representing a transaction value of approximately $525 million.

Looking for the T-Mobile HTC Sensation price? We've got you covered, by way of Target Mobile. Looks like the one of the hottest little phones of the summer is going to go for $199 on contract, or $549 outright. Update: After speaking with a Target Mobile ninja, the 061211 number we see on the sticker is the launch date, at least at Target.  Look for the Sensation 4G on the shelves at Target Sunday, June 12.  That gives us about a month to save up our pennies!  No word if that date will happen for other retailers or T-Mobile corporate stores.

Update 2: TMoNews has confirmed a June 8 release date on TMo proper. Everything's happening according to plan, folks.

OG Droid gets stock, rooted Bugless Beast Gingerbread ROM update

If you're still rocking your OG Droid, then you'll be pleased to know it has once again had its life extended. The latest Bugless Beast ROM is now available for download, and it's pretty rocking. The update, labeled GPA15 has quite a few changes within so make sure you check out the full changelog for details, you'll find them listed after the break for you all. Also, as a heads up -- the next update which will be labeled GPA16 will bring Android 2.3.4 to all OG Droid owners. Construction material manufacturing often produces hazardous byproducts that are either toxic or difficult to recycle, as are many of the materials themselves. Brooklyn based Planetary ONE is experimenting with the idea of grow-your-own construction materials by making bricks from mushrooms. Their latest project, Mycoform, places mushroom roots known as mycelium spores into a mold and feeds them with agricultural byproducts like buckwheat husks. In just over a week at 80 degrees, the spores grow to fill the form, resulting in a light yet solid structure. The brick is heated to 100 degrees when complete to kill the spores, preventing further growth.

Update: Verizon just e-mailed us and has officially confirmed the Droid Charge goes on sale at midnight Eastern tonight. Huzzah!

Word around the campfire is that The Samsung Droid Charge is finally going to go on sale tomorrow, May 14, and we've now got the internal notes to back that up. It's been a long road for the 4.3-inch LTE device. It was announced four months ago at CES. But its April 28 launch date was postponed in the wake of Verizon's LTE data outage. Can't say we blame anyone for that.

So, who's picking one up tomorrow?
