(More customer reviews)It had been a while since I've taken a look at both Star Wars and Monopoly...Due to the hype for the new movie (EPS 3), I got back into Star Wars...This caused a mass compulsive buying of alot of SW merchandise. One of those items happened to be Star Wars Monopoly.
The paper money is cheap as always...it feels like it'll rip any second...it couldve been a little more durable.
The cities and settlements are sculpted great, and the game board has beautiful art on it.
The game pieces
Darth Vader
Darth Maul
Darth Sidious
Luke Skywalker
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Princess Leia
Yoda
General Grievous
are all extremely well made, bringing characters from all 6 movies.
My only gripe is that they included Grevious over someone like Han Solo or Boba Fett...I don't care for Leia or Yoda much, so I wouldnt have minded those two replaced with some old favorites.
All in all, a great buy and tons of fun to play.

When it arrived I was very surprised at how big the set was and how well made it was. This was bought for an 8yr old boy who thanked me several times for it. He seemed more than pleased. APPA can tell when you pretend to make him fly, and makes his battle noises. Aang flies really far, I would suggest that you use it outside unless you have vaulted ceilings! Very cool toy! All of my kids try to play with it, they range from 2 to 16 years! (Not for small children)

Star Wars Basic Figure Force Unleashed General Rahm Kota Samurai Jedi Review

(More customer reviews)Rahm Kota is a pretty tough-looking Jedi "samurai". He has two tails of cloth trailing him, which creates a cool effect. However, considering how rare this figure is (and how much I paid secondhand), I wasn't quite as wowed as I'd hoped. There are two things in particular. First, his neck seems a bit short. Second, the lightsaber sheath hangs pretty close to his neck. Don't get me wrong, if you can find him, he's a great figure. I just don't buy into all the hype.

(More customer reviews)Despite your religious beliefs, this is a really cute set. The figures are very colorful and adaptable with other plymobil sets. I was thrilled to find a Nativity set that my boys could actually play with. They acutally end up with this set mixed in with their other sets. The kings they use with their castle sets. They love the colorful robes and the crowns.
I am a bit disappointed with the thin card stock backdrop. At least it could have been mounted on a piece of plastic. Unlike other Playmobil sets, this backdrop just will not hold up to excessive play. Hence the 4 stars.
All in all, this worked out to be a fabulous year round addition to the boy's collection, in fact, every Christmas we have to reassemble this set to use as originally intended.
Your children will love this set. As with any Playmobil set, the mix and match, item swap potential encourages wonderful imaginative play.
YOu can never go wrong with Playmobil.

(More customer reviews)We purchased several Clone Wars vehicles and action figures for our 2 boys aged 6 and 8 1/2. Obi-Wan's Starfighter and the Torrent Starfighter are the sturdiest. The only issue we have really had with Obi-Wan's is the cockpit hatch popping off every time my 6 yr old tries to put a guy inside. This can be frustrating for a parent constantly being interrupted to reattach it. And in the near future the thing is just going to be so worn from the constant on and off again that it is just not gonna go back on. The spring-open wings are made of thin plastic and the button you push to open them requires quite a bit of applied force. This line of Clone Wars toys is marketed for children aged 4 yrs and up. I have to totally disagree with that!! I was really looking forward to some sturdy toys for my boys and this stuff did NOT deliver!! The Walker is CRAP and the V-Wing is definitely inappropriate for a 4 yr old (my 6 yr old is too rough for it). And just so you know the action figures are ALL flimsy. Their hands come off and are lost and they are weak, flimsy plastic... not durable.

Rotta has a cute expression on his fuzzy face (he's very soft and well sewn), and fits perfectly into the backpack. She takes it with her wherever she goes (movie theaters, restaurants, museums, she even wanted to take it to an amusement park). I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Star Wars.

There are many small parts (hundreds!) No piece is left out, it even has a shovel for the pirates to dig for treasure and a place you can bury treasure with slime to later discover. Our son is a little young for it but with the help of Daddy he has a great time playing with it! Be prepared to put in hours of time with it. It also comes in a large plastic gunpowder barrel which makes for a nice presentation if given as a gift. I don't know if it is strong enough to last as long term storage but it is working for now. Enjoy!!!
